Here is the POST :" The FALL of the NUAN stock price can be explained simply by the fact that earnings fell short of expectations, but not to worry ,the situation is not that troubling , and here is an explanation of why the stock fell.
"Shares of speech recognition software maker Nuance Communications NUAN are down $4.10, or almost 14%, at $26.35 after the company reported fiscal Q1 revenue of $382 million and EPS of 34 cents, missing the average estimate of $392 million and 36 cents. The company said mobile computing is becoming more important, leading to delays in recognizing revenue: “Recently, our relationships with mobile customers have become more comprehensive and complex, which has resulted in delayed revenues in some cases, due in part to revenues deferred until completion of certain deliverables and in part to longer negotiation cycles.”
More important is the Chart ...... Look Here:

Print out a copy of the chart and draw a line from the $22.00 mark LEFT across the page , now draw 2 more line in a similar fashion at the $25.08 and $30.00 marks . $22.00 could be used as a stop, and on the UPSIDE $30.00 Plus is possible.
Needless to say ....I don't know about you ....but I am taking a small position in NUAN on Monday!
        Wish me Luck!"

I DID Purchase NUAN at an average cost of around $25.26
I think anyone can still get in as NUAN is moving slow.

Stock Power Houses For SUPER GROWTH!

            1. DL At 52 Wk High http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=dl&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

            2. EVK At 52 Wk High http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=evk&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

            3. IEP At 52 Wk High http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=iep&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

            4. LCI http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=lci&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

            5. RAD http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=rad&ty=c&ta=1&p=d After a slight 6.3% Pullback NOW may be the time to JUMP IN! A internet comment on RAD: " Rite Aid has executed a tremendous turnaround in 2013 by registering four straight quarters of profitability and has provided investors with more than 300% returns, year to date. However, the long-term story is still intact: The company shrewdly refinanced a portion of its debt to take advantage of the current low-rate environment. This led to a 17% reduction in interest expense year over year in Rite Aid's second quarter.

In spite of these shrewd moves, top-line growth continues to haunt the health care chain. Matter of fact, the company's revenue in the first two quarters of fiscal 2013 is 1% less than 2012. However, there are both short-term strategies and long-term trends that should bolster revenue growth: The company has provided resources to help consumers understand the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and should benefit from the law both directly through increased prescriptions and indirectly with increased foot traffic. And even if this isn't a large revenue driver in the short term, America's aging demographics should eventually provide revenue growth for the company.

Finally, the stock hasn't gotten ahead of the financials. Although the company has returned 300% year to date, it still trades at an anemic trailing-12-month price-to-sales ratio of 0.22. Competitors Walgreen and CVS trade at price-to-sales ratios of 0.77 and 0.64 respectively. Rite Aid has been, by far, my largest gainer in 2013 and I expect the turnaround to continue"

"Santa Claus Is Coming To Town!"

Folks can you imagine a computer that uses a black box software having the capability to scan thousands of stocks looking for the TOP 10 picks for the New Year? The stocks selected will be diverse , and composed of both small and large corporate sizes, and the picks are designed to beat most index funds and mutual funds.
When my friend told me this I said B.S. no way!
Well he handed me the list of the 10 Super stocks for 2014 , and I ran a small test. I noted the close prices on 12/5/13 , and compared them to their close prices on Friday 12/6/13 , and was blown away. In just ONE day 6 were winners and only 4 were losers. The greatest win was 8.2% and the greatest loss was 2.5%. I was amazed!
Folks I will give you the list on Sunday , and you can decide for yourself what it is really worth. Until then have a beautiful weekend!

Bilie the 2 computer programs are unrelated! The "System" program generates picks which are meant to be bought and held until a quick 5% profit is realized. The other TOP 10 program selects stocks which should be held for a longer term to deliver maximum gains ....in this case those stocks should do well over the course of the 2014 year!
Hope that clarifies it for you.

Phoenix, Thanks for the list. I'll check them all out. This year I'm mostly going after shorter term gains maybe maximum 6 months, except for my long term dividend retirement stocks. I've got to start working on a list of 10 for 2014. It's not easy.

AVAV My research team has changed its rating for AVAV ($29.55)13 times over the past 21 months. The direction for each team rating was correct for 2 of the 13 ratings at the end of each rating period, resulting in a rating accuracy of 15.4% and a TTM rating accuracy of 11.1%.
Currently they say reduce holdings and the stock has been up over 37% since the change 54 days ago. My research team is definitely a contrary indicator. Here are some technical comments from a team member.

Mimo sounds like an old girl friend I had in the past, she changed her boyfriends more than your research team changed opinions on AVAV! LOL
All kidding aside, AVAV is developing drone technology to monitor foreign missions , and technology to be used by local police, fire and other security agencies. I do not own AVAV yet , but I am watching!

For those who wish QUICKER gains you may want to buy ZLTQ , as they have an answer to the obesity problem. LOOK Here http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=zltq&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

Zeltiq Aesthetics, which belongs to IBD's 11th-ranked Medical-Systems/Equipment group, has rallied 262% this year. The Pleasanton, Calif.-based company hasn't yet turned an annual profit, which explains its 44 EPS. But its RS is 99, and its Composite is 93.
Zeltiq's fat-melting, or rather, fat-freezing procedure sounds like a dream come true for folks trying to shed "stubborn" fat. Its FDA-approved CoolSculpting system targets only fat cells that will be naturally eliminated from the body over a few months with no knives, needles or scars.

In our politically correct society a person who is over weight is sometimes referred to a calorically challenged......back in my old neighborhood there was no such political correctness and heavy people were often referred to as , "Hey Fatso!"
Whatever will be, ZLTQ appears to have a solution to the obesity problem!
