NYSE is not feasible due to size. NASDAQ and the first three qualifying sets for NYSE MKT (the old AMEX) are out because of negative shareholder equity as per the 11/19/2013 10Q. This leaves #4 under AMEX. Market cap over $75 million requires a share price increase of about 50% which is doable. Public float over $20 million I don't know. That's about 40% of the 100 million authorized shares. Needs more research. Share price over $3 requires a reverse split which is doable.

This is complicated but I conclude first look for the announcement of a reverse split. Then a 50% increase in market cap via increased share price. Then they need to complete the paperwork. So an uplisting is feasible but not imminent.

Would be interested in someone else's analysis. This IS complicated. It's why God gave us lawyers.

As the Nigerian Nightmare , a formidable boxer would say after knocking out his opponent , "Who Next? Who Next?"
So who will list on a major stock exchange first TRTC or SPIHF ? Well your guess is as good as mine.

IN case you are sitting on the fence with SPIHF, I venture to say that after clicking and reading the articles on this post that you will be "Born Again" and become a believer in SPIHF!
Folks IMHO SPIHF is revolutionary and could be a block buster stock for us all! READ HERE http://www.sphere3d.com/media-and-news

While waiting, a friend of mine emailed me and said that one of my stocks , IDN is being touted by a stock newsletter....Folks watch IDN move out today .....I will try to add more before the "SH**" hits the fan!
Needless to say , we live in interesting times.

NEWS FLASH FOR XXII On Scottrade at 9:05 Bid For OPEN $4.55 ASK $4.95 Folks here we go fasten seat belts!

Folks as I have said all along , I am not a professional and my picks could go either way. Basically you put your money down and , and you take your chances!

XXII I fully concur with this internet poster, " The XXII party is just beginning and the heavy lifting is now done for the us... the retail investors. Sit back as the transformation begins with the institutions beginning Tuesday.
They are what makes a BIG Stock truly BIG!
This is just the first of many catalysts to come in the weeks and months ahead and XXII management has definitely shown that they can execute."

Pssssssst Want To Double Your Bank Roll?, or should I ask , Does a Bear Sh** In the woods?
Either way I obtained this from the web:

"Double Your Money with This Red-Hot Fuel Cell FCEL .......... another market sector has absolutely been on fire over the past two weeks: fuel cell and battery makers like FuelCell Energy (FCEL), which has already seen its share price more than double in 2013. If you think you’ve missed the boat already, Dave Goodboy’s Profitable Trading article “$3 Fuel Cell Maker Could Easily Double Again Soon” may make you think otherwise. According to Goodboy, FuelCell Energy is a Danbury, Conn.-based manufacturer and distributor of stationary fuel cell power plants. The company makes large batteries and markets them to electric utilities, independent power producers, and the education, health care and hospitality industries, among a variety of other sectors. Despite trading up from under $1.50 per share to above $3 in less than one-month’s time, Goodboy describes FCEL as “a very likely candidate for short-term profits.” Improving Metrics, Growing Demand to Drive Share Price Higher Goodboy notes that it’s not just momentum that has been driving FCEL shares higher. The company’s bottom line appears to be improving, he said, with record revenue coming in in FY 2013, up 56% year over year to $187.7 million. FuelCell also reached profitability with gross profits of $7.1 million for the year, compared with just $0.04 million in fiscal 2012. Looking ahead, FCEL’s Chief Operating Officer Tony Rauseo stated, “We began 2013 with North American production levels at an annual run-rate of 56 megawatts, smoothly increased the production rate to 70 megawatts during the year, and expanded total capacity by about 11 percent through process improvements to 100 megawatts annually.” Backlog stands at a hefty $355.4 million in orders as of October 2013, and with the energy policies of many U.S. states calling for more renewable energy delivery systems, FuelCell appears to be in the catbird seat this year. ''

Well , I hope GOOD BOY lives up to his name .......FCEL is currently in my top 10 portfolio!
BLDP , a related stock, a stock I currently own has been treating me well!

WOW look at that FCEL Close .........while many stocks took the gas pipe today FCEL was the exception! http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=fcel&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

Phoenix, I held LBMH when it was listed on NYSE. It went almost straight from 2.85 to $6 before settlng back into the 4's. It was just about a direct line up for 55 days with a blip around $3 then right to $6. If XXII can even come close to that it will make thousands for everyone holding 200 or more shares. I hope to join you Monday.

Phoenix, Remembering the history of the auto industry with hundreds or thousands of manufacturers at the beginning and just a handful today You've got to wonder if a related company such as PM with billions to spend on R&D and acquisitions might end up with XXII and the best marijuana companies as smoking of tobacco especially in the U.S. is on a steady decline. That ,of course, could be years in the future.
