First it says not for dissemination in the United States. Then it talks about "an overnight marketed public offering", something I've never heard of before. Overnight? And it says the characteristics of the new offer will be determined "in the context of the market". So why a 30% sell-off? Is this a 10% increase in shares? 50%?

Louetta Apparently an increase in shares does spook investors, but 30% does seem a bit extreme!

TRXC dropped today because of profit taking. The Stock Service promoting TRXC said yesterday that it would pull any information on its website about TRXC as of Midnight last night. I took a chance and sold Half my small position yesterday!
The question is should I buy more from here?
