    DD Thanx

Yes $3.80 appears to be a bottom for EGHT , and appears that sellers have already sold. The future looks bright for EGHT.

    Positive notes for EGHT:

    1. Working with LVLT and getting involved with government contracts
    2. 11 Consecutive profitable quarters , and for a small company this is GREAT!
    3. Sales growth of 30% Per Year
    4. New customers and accounts are on a steady increase
    5. NO DEBT and 20 PLUS Million In Cash.

Will EGHT double or even triple?.......well no one can say for sure ......but I do like the future prospects for this company!

The down slide started with a downgrade by B. Riley (Never heard of them before today) supposedly on valuation. Half the people who commented blame Riley and the other half blame management for the slide.

Since you believe it is going to go up, how much are you willing to bet per share it does or in other words how much are you prepared to lose if you are wrong?

        Dead Dog

Dead First let me say I NEVER enter any position with the negative attitude of "How Much Do I plan To Lose" My Plan is always to WIN, and like Mr Market I have no set exit point for EGHT. My average cost for EGHT is about $4.48 or approximately a 13% LOSS on the position . Am I worried? ABSOLUTELY NOT . EGHT has just signed on a full compliment of their services to the Indiana Public Employees Retirement System . Once again they have NO debt, over 20 Million in cash and business is starting to roll in .EGHT is a great company and there is always the possibility of a BUY OUT in their future. IMHO I feel that EGHT is a bargain at its current price , and all I can say is Lock and Load. I don't really have any faith in some Jack Wagon downgrade of the stock. Many of these guys SHORT the stock first and then throw out negative downgrades. Needless to say as they say in the old country Fu**em LOL
Dead have a beautiful weekend ......and don't forget BUY EGHT now at a bargain price! Are there any guarantees that any stock will rise in price? Of course not , but that is the nature of the beast.

That is the difference between the successful and the novice investor. One looks at how much they might lose and the other at how much they can make. Protect your capital because without capital you can’t invest.

A Wise investor once said, “Are there any guarantees that any stock will rise in price? Of course not, but that is the nature of the beast.” So what if you are wrong about the stock? How long are you willing to tie up you capital in a non performing stock?

My Plan is always to WIN, and like Mr Market I have no set exit point
My Plan, and I have one for every trade, is to employ my capital where there is a greater probability of winning more than I lose. The HUGE one and I have a difference of opinion on taking losses. He keeps score by the number of wins in a row and I post realized gains on investment.

You now need a 15% gain to get back to breakeven. How long are you willing to tie up your capital?

This is all public knowledge. Buy out is doubtful, Yahoo shows the book value @ 78 Cents. Over 20 mill in cash but they also have accounts payable at over 11 mill. Although it shows insiders acquiring more stock than they sold the acquisitions all seem to be via options. Hardly any at market price but lots of dispositions once price breaks over $4.00.

I’m not saying that the big boys don’t play their little games. But do you really want to own a stock that can be that easily manipulated. And keep in mind that you are the guy they sold the stock to before they knocked it down. If it worked once do you think they might do it again?

Dead have a beautiful weekend ..
Thank you ..I am having a great weekend. Rained a little last night, enough to knock the dust out of the air. And now we are back to blue skies and sunshine. Hope you weekend has been as great.

I think I’ll pass for now. Could easily be a lost opportunity but I’d rather lose opportunities than money.

Dead Dog .......Whatever....... we all have different investing styles .......one must be making money , be comfortable and have confidence in his investing style.
I would never denigrate your style or say that you are a "Novice" investor .......we shall see what happens with EGHT , you say nothing and I say watch it DOUBLE over time.
2 of my other picks were mentioned in this Fortune Article I had read in a bookstore. They are CRM acquired 1/13/12 UP 44.63% NO STOP in place and RAX also acquired 1/13/12 and UP 29.29% in the position NO STOP in place.
Here is the Fortune 500 article on the 100 BEST companies to work for and "FORTUNATELY" for me RAX and CRM are on the list #s, 27 and 74 Check It Out Here http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortu...012/full_list/ Perhaps EGHT will be on the list NEXT Year!
To all reading this my suggestion would be to invest in both CRM and RAX, as both have been hiring like crazy.Check out the article above

When a dog barks he is either barking at you, barking to warn you, or just barking to hear himself bark. I’m done barking. You will figure it out sooner or later.

              Learning from Losses
I have yet to meet a trader who has made money on 100% of his or her trades. We recognize that losing in the stock market is part of trading, understanding that the stock market can not be predicted with complete certainty. Despite this admission, most people still get very frustrated with losing and often ignored the market when it happens.

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career, I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I have been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

This quote from Michael Jordan demonstrates the importance of losing. Losing teaches us those things that make us better. Being wrong is an important step in learning to be right.

Stock traders can take a loss and learn from it or let it build up bad habits. Unfortunately, most aspiring traders find it too easy to take the path toward bad habits because of the strong emotional attachment we have to money. It is easy to focus on the pain of losing and then work to avoid that pain in the future.

What does this process lead to? The next time the trader is faced with taking a necessary loss they are likely to hang on to the trade. They avoid pain by breaking their rules on limiting the size of the loss. The small loser can easily become a big loser, wiping out the gains made over a number of successful trades.

This is the financial punishment that comes from not controlling the size of a loss but there is a much more damaging effect that comes from letting a small loser turn in to a big loser. When you hang on to a loser for a long time you are also tying up a lot of emotional capital. That brings on health impairing stress and reinforces the pain avoidance response. It puts the trader in to a downward spiral toward ultimate failure.

                Aumn a goldstock pick!

AUMN is making a nice run here ......I love the chart.......$10.50 may be realistic for AUMN.

                  DDD and PEGA WHY BUY?

DDD systems just teamed up with GALPIN ......DDD a Great Stock just keeps getting better. Read the latest news here. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/3d-sys...132736939.html
PEGA is another of my picks , and why do I like PEGA?
First of course is because I have a money making position in PEGA and hopefully dear readers we can ALL make some more money with PEGA.
PEGA makes software designed to help business develop better customer relations, increase sales , lower costs and bottom line help their customers garner HUGE profits. NOW isn't this the company you want working for you?
Other important points are that PEGA has NO DEBT, over 100 million in cash, and PEGA is expected to grow 20% annually for the next 5 years. Here is the article for PEGA http://www.pega.com/about-us/news-room/analyst-coverage Do your own analysis at the site and see if you want this moneymaker in your portfolio. Hopefully you will.
Folks a Poster on Yahoo Finance also reminds us about GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS with PEGA Oh Yeah ring that cash register .
" Several Government Agencies Choose Pegasystems to Drive More Effective Operations 7-Mar-12 11:26 am
Agree, these wins are huge. Getting entrenched into the government sector will make it rain dolla dalla bills y'all.

It's becoming obvious why Pegasystems hired all that new personnel last year. Pega's top line momentum is huge and if it can be maintained, Pega will be $billion revenue company sooner than Trefler thought. "

Rax any why it is hot!

RAX has been a money maker for me , and I think it can be one for you. Read these excellent articles which show you the potential growth for RAX

If a company can't make money and grow it may not be a wise choice , but RAX does both nicely......... read how RAX captures fantastic growth and earnings http://seekingalpha.com/article/3659..._article&ifp=0 Please note in the previous article the writer does offer a caveat for RAX, and of course no stock is perfect. Bottom line, that having been said, RAX should be much HIGHER at year's end!

                      Phoenix,
I thought you were talking about RAX roast beef restaurants. When I was a termite job salesman in Columbus we used to get great coupons for sandwiches at RAX. I see they've fallen on hard times with 14 remaining stores down from 500.

That's the problem, a day here, a week there, a month at another place. I get tired just thinking about it. At least I can rest in my retirement years..........and the wife can't understand how draining it is managing the household all day whilst she's working.

                                Free! Free! Free!

A friend of mine once said that if anyone offers you something for free ...pivot 180 Degrees and run like hell. Over the years that has proven to be sage advice, but sometimes a free "Opportunity" presents itself that may be worth further investigation.
The following link requires NO Credit Card , No Name and only an email address. How many of you have ever been suckered into responding to a free vitamin or newsletter ad only to discover that your credit card was continuously charged until you cancelled, and sometimes that was difficult to do.
The following LINK is for a 10 Day FREE Trial to 2 Stock Newsletters .....One has 44 WINS in a Row , and the other has a 2239% GAIN over a 2 year period. I have NO vested interest in this other than to bring my readers some FREE, possibly money making information , and possibly securing a new advertiser for Mr Market. Keep an open mind , and let ME know what you think. Is it just more BS? , or do you feel that there may really be something of interest here. I will have nothing further to say about the matter .
