TraderPlayer's SCCO has cut its dividend from .70/sh to .19/sh which on the surface would seem to disqualify it from this contest, however, they are now paying .0107 in shares in addition to the div. This translates to .54/share dividend that makes the effective payout 6.7% and actually more if you compound the partial shares. Unless this is lowered further, TraderPlayer's SCCO is still in the game.
