I'm addicted to these high divs. Just bought CYS at 13.01, 14.22% div. and more NYCB, formerly NYB at 12.89, 7.76% div.

CYS has declared a regular .40 div. ex. 12/19 plus a special .52 div. ex 12/19 so actual is higher than 14.22%.
