I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Leave it to the Huge One to find a nearly perfect stock, Watson Pharmaceuticals, WPI. On the positive side the brokers love it. 15 buy recommendations with no sells. Earnings in the last five years and into the future 5 years are outstanding, but there are some minor flaws. It is trading below the 20 and 50 dma and has a paltry ROI placing it 22nd of 52 in its industry group. Current PEG is a nasty 5.36 although it is projected to drop to 1.05 within 5 years when only 4 of 52 competitors will be better. I'd say it's in the 99th percentile of stocks I've researched but not perfect. Barchart's tech indicators have it as a 60% short term sell, 25% medium term sell, 33% long term sell. The last 2 weeks it has had at least 2 big down days on heavy volume. I might buy it anyway.
