In Search of the Perfect Stock

I'll bet I can find something very bad about any stock. Any candidates? No mini unsearchable start ups please.

Leave it to the Huge One to find a nearly perfect stock, Watson Pharmaceuticals, WPI. On the positive side the brokers love it. 15 buy recommendations with no sells. Earnings in the last five years and into the future 5 years are outstanding, but there are some minor flaws. It is trading below the 20 and 50 dma and has a paltry ROI placing it 22nd of 52 in its industry group. Current PEG is a nasty 5.36 although it is projected to drop to 1.05 within 5 years when only 4 of 52 competitors will be better. I'd say it's in the 99th percentile of stocks I've researched but not perfect. Barchart's tech indicators have it as a 60% short term sell, 25% medium term sell, 33% long term sell. The last 2 weeks it has had at least 2 big down days on heavy volume. I might buy it anyway.
