I have found a fantastic series of videos on You Tube. The guy is a day trader overall but alot of what is taught is basic information and a great set of classes. The class is from 2002 but still a great resource.

Simple go to Youtube.com and search for stock trading school.

That is not the one but it looks great too. I wasn't sure if I could post a link and not violate any rules. Here is the link to the first class. There are 12 separate classes to watch. I have found them very informative and I think they would be very useful for someone new to the market.
