I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. 94.50, Sell, Sell, Sell ! I'm not selling mine cause I think people will be using Mastercard longer than I'll be around, but 15% is nothing to sneeze at.
Great write up and this one does feel like one for the longer haul. Will look to add to my (shorter term) Mr.Market account as well as my sons (for the longer haul).
Keep On Keepin' On!
If you've kept this one you've done pretty well for your sons. Now, why the rest of us may have sold for 15%, I guess I'm still scratching my head on that... dividend's up another 50% since last year, and now at $0.16 quarterly, up more than 10x from 4 years ago!!!
MA - what's in YOUR wallet? Maybe now's a good chance to pick back up on the MA train again...
