As regards to the $70 comment, it did split last month, I didnt mention the split because I was just multiplying the current price by 2, Therefore the price would be $71. It now sits at $35.50 after the 2-1 spilt. The news will be regarding a shipping company the will be buying making them ever closer to there goal as #1 shipping/ tanker in the world. Also there is talks with Cf..thats all for now, I dont like talking much about info that hasnt been yet released.

As long as you qualify it, I really don't see a problem...unless you actually have insider info. For example, if I hear something that I don't really know is true, then I just say something like "There is a rumor...

Im liking the small correction it just had and am hoping to jump on the expresso train for some profits..
TK is still steamboating ahead nicely. Will cash in on shares when stock hits $45.

True Dunken donuts is good, but they didnt report a quarter like SBUX did.
I added more shares today, I fell it will pop up to $50 soon after this small sell off.
