              back at 81 now, so I picked up some shares again, thinking to get an extra 10% and sell it again at 89 next week!

                I've doubled up on DY here in the 70's and averaged down to under 78 on this one. Still expecting 89, but I guess it'll take more than a week to get there.

                      Well, the market tanked and momentum stocks might tank even more than the market in such cases.

                      I didn't find DY in my holdings and had forgotten I had already sold DY, but this is a nice reentry point. I am buying today, thank you for the heads up!

                        I have my doubts about how nice that was as a reentry point, but hey, the stock has turned green again, after 3 months or so.

                          Dycom Industries beats 3Q net income and revenue expectations

                          Dycom Industries Inc. (DY) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $33.1 million.

                          The Palm Beach Gardens, Florida-based company said it had profit of $1 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.08 per share.

                          The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 75 cents per share.
                          and

                          For the current quarter ending in July, Dycom Industries expects its per-share earnings to range from $1.45 to $1.60. Analysts surveyed by Zacks had forecast adjusted earnings per share of $1.36.
