Just sold HRTG.... Thank you mother nature for not letting any major hurricanes hit the Florida coast and allowing me to make a nice profit.

and so I doubled up on my HRTG at $14 today.

Although I am up more than 10% on my $14 shares, I'm still waiting until the high 20's before I sell any HRTG... still a great one to hold, imo. (Also, I bought some at 26, so there's that)

The valuation (PE of 8.4) and dividend 1.5% alone make it a compelling investment and there won't be another hurricane for at least 6 months. Just collect the dividend til then
