Two Wrong Call Letters

Last Aug. I was looking to pick up an ETF in the retail sector and typed in the wrong call letters. Was looking for PMR and typed PRM instead. So I backed out and into PMR I went. Picked up a few shares @$16.43 and living happly ever after. NOT!!!!! PRM caught my interest and would not leve me alone so I entered @1.68.

Same story with ACI. Entered ACH and liked it also, so I picked some of it up and later picked up ACI @$30.10. Entered ACH @ $16.72

One I shall share is AWNE, Now just might be a good time to enter.

GWR === Still hold and showing a good trend line.

MWRK === Still holding with a close eye.Tested its 20 day EMA last week, will sell when it eather tops 100% or breaks 20 day EMA.


KSS === this is my newest purchase, pick some of this up the first of the month. Followed it for quit sometime now, Spiks schooling is finely sinking in, chat patterns are our freind.

ICON === My wife has gave up on TATYY and requested a piece of CANDY. The sweetner just wasn't satisfing her palate. My not be a good entry point but she tells me not to worry for it has good things in its horizions.

AACE === Still holding, acouple of different times I felt that it was going to brake out.

ABZS.ob === Blue Nile was good for me last year so I'm going to try diamonds again. Will be placing an order in the morning on this stock, earning sounds like they will boost this stock onward and upward. They have a new line out with Pairs Hilton Watches, Don't care much for her but it just my help this stock record another block buster year in 2006. Won't bother you with figures of what their PR stated if you are interested you will look into it yourself.


Picking up on a couple of EARNIES picks still every now and then. Keep up the good work BIG GUY, you have a nice record working for you.

Solar Play

XSNX === As the new year speeds past us, we need to stop and check, to make sure we are fireing on all cyclinders and are represented in all sectors. As I look at my current holdings I find myself with a blank in the Solar Energy sector, I feel this stock will fill the bill to complete satisfaction.

Here is a small co. which shows great potential in the solar energy arena. New to the public, a fantastic product and a field that is wide open to be conquered.

Monday morning I shale place an order and wait to see if my D D will produce another 200% winner in a two year span. Marlin

New High

MWRK ==== Ladies and Gentalmen, now in the center ring performing at her best, is a class act known to man as the Mother of Creation. I present to you Mother Works, a leader in the retail sector, a cut from their own cloth, when women need them most.

BAM, there it is, a new 52 week high. Do I hear thirty O five comming around the corner, or am I asking to much from a small cap stock. March is their next 1/4 ly report, we shall see at that time if we shine or return back into the rough.

New Highs

GWR === My little train that will is chugging along just fine. Today we had a large increase in vol., so that must mean the word is finely getting out about just how HUGE this co. is.

prev. close $38.74

open $41.65

closed $43.16 (11.41%) up $4.42

Todays high $45.24, just one of the many new highs set today.

We have also passed our one year est. of $37.88, so this also will be seeing a revision in the near furture after todays report.

Today we topped 100% on this Warren Buffet style of investing.There's is even more to come on this little gem becuse the 1 yr. est. is listed at $30.00. We will just have to wait and see how much more of this type of pain I can stand.

TREN.OB ===== This was a Mike Schaffer pick back in 2004. At the present time we are over 105% on this stock. The 1 yr. est. is set at $8.00 and selling @ $2.62 so we are looking for more on this one also.

GIGM =====This would be my next winner at the present time. Looked into this stock as a foreign exposure investment and is working out quit well. At the present time we are up over 59%.

GWR ====== Sold the little plane that did and still holding the little TRAIN that will. Read an article the other week on this co. which ststed that in the year of 2007 the share price will be over $50.00. At the present time we are at 58% and hoping for more. Another reason for purchasing this stock is it is a world wide co. with exposure in 5 different countries.

Quick Up Date

Sold On 1/20/06
MESA out at $11.22 average in was $8.35

KMI out at $103.40 average in was $35.63

DLTR out at $24.73 Average in was $18.78

I held these stocks for over two years for this type of gain.

Buy and hold may just not be the best way to invest but it sure is a grate hobbie.

hell ya! MESA rocks, man. I knew when you were talking about this stock a while back, that I probably should be picking up some shares, now I'm just kicking myself for not buying this. Great pick, MEA!
