I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. OFG, on lower volume, dipped to $31.27 on Thursday. Are you still confident about hitting the number with all the uncertainty in the market, esp. financial stocks that have dropped in preference from #3 to 112?
This is not a knock--I am just a new-born baby.
Hope ya don't mind me chiming in again re OFG. Further technical study using regression channels can support bullish stance.
Thank You again. Is it too much to ask what are your top five or ten stocks your watching now? And any commentary you might throw in would be much appreciated. I'm trying to learn how to crawl.

Sure New-born.
Some others on my long watchlist include:....NUTR....
Nice smart entry today for the patient (EDIT - oops, only meant to quote it, but edited my original sheesh...
By the way, had you taken the first spike this a.m, you'd be short somewhere between 37.05 to 38.68 with stop above hod of 40.35, and you'd be currently holding nicely at 35.53

MAGS has fallen under that volume area of 36. Not much support under it - will likely look for channel support somewhere. Anyone short from the spike would be wise to move stop to breakeven.
Guys..before you start taking warm showers together, how about if I set up a Spike's Science topic for Spikefader to deal us in on his outstanding artwork...what say you, Spike?

Spikefader,
Thank You very much! I really appreciate the info.
You were right about Mags--BIG TIME. BUT--I got called in to jury duty and missed the buy point, so all I can do is read your email and weep!
OFG--I picked up 500 at your direction, and will look closely at NUTR.
I like ESMC, have owned it twice, and might rebuy it. What is your opinion?
Please feed me milk,
Anytime. Ya - MAGS 38 to 31 ride today a real good example of why taking profits based on Elliott wave theory can be smart. The fifth wave up after a bull flag in this case. The channel is around 29ish so looking at today's intraday action, another wave down tomorrow is target territory for any shorts, looking to flip to long at the channel.
RE: OFG, the way the day finished, the channel makes a little sudden expansion from today's action - not the perfect channel bounce I like to see, so I advise caution on this long. It would be wise to move stop to breakeven or at worst just below today's low. A bit more patience required on OFG I suspect.
Same thing with NUTR - the way the day finished, it has a channel expanding violently today, so I remove the buy recommendation and will put it back on the watch list. Anyone long from my recommendation should tighten stops (b/e or no lower than 20.00) and patiently wait for the right time if you're stopped out.
I'm watching ESMC closely for a good place to buy it.

I checked a couple of different sources regarding OFG's
historical prices. I show an interday high of 32.94 on April
1 and an interday low of 24.65 on February 4 versus your 33.06 and 24.52 on the chart above respectively. Why
is stockcarts so different? Thanks.
