Yaoyao, that is great news. Excellent stop placement to protect profit. No question that you're pleased with being disciplined! Some would have not used a stop at all and would be in a disasterous position today. Let all readers learn from the experience.....things can turn from bearish to bullish and shock us all. Always factor in a stop to protect capital, and then protect profit.

APPX: if it broke the channel tomorrow (it looks like either S1 or S2 will break that little channel), it may head to lower light blue channel.

Remember that regression channels move every day. So look at it again today, and see how it looks regarding breaking the lower channel. And a channel is not broken until you see it EXPAND and close that way at the END OF DAY. Until that expansion, it is merely a lower channel line touch day, or a channel long day as I refer to. So if S1 or S2 are hit today, it might simply be a channel long day and bullish.

When I talk about the lower channel, yes, I'm talking about the lowest line in the channel. I call the middle line the midline, but I rarely consider that. I like the upper and lower lines for my methods.
