I'm going to have to consider getting back in.

I'm not about to let go of my SIRI shares! But, thanks for the offer.
Congratulations on the NUTR profit. My loss was your gain. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

Back to NUTR though, looking at the balance sheet and income, I see a company with a market cap of 180M that has NAV of $50M, almost 1/3 of the market cap- so there's a base that's pretty tough to fall below without serious crash and burn going on. Plus, they'll make between 12-15M per year if they just stick to their plan- that's more than 20% growth to their NAV each year. Assuming the stock just tracks that, I'm happy- but assuming they do better- and $$MM says they will... and since the "Nutraceutical" business is a pretty easy business to cash in on these days this stock should have no trouble making it to $20 or even $28 in no time at all (of course by this I mean months or even a year or so)
Well, that's just all IMHO, and don't take anything I say too seriously, as I could just as easily be wrong about this as right... good luck whatever you do!

Press Release Source: Nutraceutical International Corporation
Bill Gay, chairman and chief executive officer, commented, "In September, Nutraceutical concluded its 11th successful year as a nutritional supplement business consolidator and marketer of quality branded products sold to health and natural food stores throughout the world. Our results include both positive contributions from the May 2004 acquisition of Natural Balance, as well as continuing contributions from the June 2003 acquisitions of Nature's Life and Arizona Health Foods. We continue to strengthen our relationships with customers in the Healthy Foods Channel through our ongoing focus on product innovation, quality and service. We are committed to long-term enhanced profitability through internal revenue growth and acquisitions. We will continue managing our controllable expense structure and implement technological improvements to offset less controllable expenses such as shipping, insurance, legal and corporate governance costs, which increased significantly during fiscal 2004."
Mr. Gay continued, "As we move forward into fiscal 2005 and beyond, our ongoing strategy continues to be increasing market share in domestic health and natural food stores, capitalizing on international growth opportunities and expanding into other strong-margin natural product channels. Acquisitions are an essential part of our strategy, and we seek to consummate accretive acquisitions. Operational synergies from an acquisition, if achieved, typically take between six months and two years. We believe that Nutraceutical's positive cash flows, strong balance sheet and current banking relationships give us the financial flexibility to make disciplined acquisition decisions. The timing of acquisitions is generally determined both by availability and by our internal assessment of fit to our core business strategy. We tend to be patient and selective. Acquisitions as a part of our future growth strategy are important to complement projected growth rates in the Healthy Foods Channel, which are currently in the low single-digit range. We appreciate our customers, employees and stockholders and remain optimistic about the long-term opportunities for our company and industry."=============================

Court Rules in Favor of Nutraceutical
Thursday April 14, 1:54 pm ET
PARK CITY, Utah, April 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nutraceutical International Corporation (Nasdaq: NUTR - News) today announced an important court decision that it believes will benefit its retail customers and the public. On April 13, 2005, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, Central Division, granted Nutraceutical's motion for summary judgment against FDA in Nutraceutical's lawsuit involving FDA's Final Rule on Ephedra.
Mr. Bruce Hough, President of Nutraceutical, commented that yesterday's decision "is, in our view, about protecting the public's access to safe and effective dietary supplements and in clarifying the meaning of the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). The Court's ruling clarifies the steps FDA must take to comply with the law in its regulation of dietary supplements."
Mr. Hough continued, "The Court made it clear that FDA has authority under DSHEA to remove unsafe dietary ingredients from the market. But the Court also clarified that FDA must follow DSHEA and cannot treat dietary supplements like drugs or medical devices. The Court made other important findings, pointing out that Congress intended that dietary supplements be treated as a subset of foods and, like other foods, are 'presumed to be safe.'"
Nutraceutical and its subsidiary Solaray, Inc. marketed whole-herb ephedra as a dietary supplement from 1988 until April of 2004. At the time the Final Rule on Ephedra was issued, Nutraceutical and Solaray's product contained directions limiting dosage to 10 mg. or less of naturally occurring ephedrine alkaloids per daily serving. Under the Court's Order, FDA's Final Rule on Ephedra has been remanded to FDA for further rulemaking consistent with the Order, and FDA has been enjoined from taking enforcement action against Nutraceutical or Solaray for the sale of dietary supplements containing 10 mg. or less of ephedrine alkaloids per daily dose. FDA has the right to appeal the Court's decision.
