I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Spike, from what I gather in your chart, if 24 doesn't hold, then 21 is the next viable entry?
Yes and no. It's hard to say with definity. Right now there is no expansion on that smaller channel. So while there isn't it's a very valid place to start 'looking' for an intraday pattern to take a long (or add if you're already long). See, this is why I love patterns....they give me a specific reason to enter, rather than just picking the 24.00 number as you did. It may fall to (picking a number out of sky; 23.65) then give the pattern, you know? As of this moment, the channel long on the weekly, and a very good likelihood that an inverted 5th intraday wave has completed, that opens the door for a fall in price to the low of day for a double bottom entry, where great support could come in. I say could. It might not. But the place to turn around in front of the herding elephants, as it were, is the low of day. Then if it breaks, that's when you get out and look for another pattern, or you can hold with the view that the next down is going to be the head of an inverted SHS, then when it's in you set your hard stop to under that. It's all about r/r in the end. How much you want to risk on a trade, and what your margin for pain is. I love tight perfect entries, and don't mind taking a tiny loss. Others like to give more wiggle room and risk more.

Well I hope they wait until the 5th wave completion down, and until this big ugly bear flag does its dirty deed down to perhaps 20.00. The expanding daily channel long last week is a worry, but not as much as the very bearish channel from the top break down. It has a bearish bias for now, so warning to longs.
There is nice volume by price support down at $16.00 - that's where one should lay in ambush.
