because they will outperform the market over the period that I hold them. My picks always do. Go back and check over the last 10 years.

Not always. You keep starting that streak over.

Outperforming the market is highly overrated. Only being down 15% when the market is down 20% is outperforming and still losing money.

Rather than fixate on how many winners you can have in a row, why not concentrate on how much you can grow your account in a year. After all isn’t that what investing all about, making money.

34 winners in a row sounds impressive but when you figure that your account grew by less than 1% this last 12 months you might as well have had your money in a savings account.

You seem like a take control type of guy. How is it you let your stocks make the decision for you that it is time to take a loss?

Why not take control and make the decision yourself, rather than waiting for a company to get sold out from under you or file for chapter 11?

You are after all $$$Mr. Market$$$. , The “HUGE ONE”;. You request, no, demand the finest meats and cheeses. You fear nothing.

What is the worst thing that could happen if you re-evaluated your current portfolio and threw out everything that didn’t meet your original criteria? Get a grip big fellow. Don’t let the fear of taking a loss cause you to stick your head in the sand and lose touch with reality.

You can’t control the market you can only control yourself.

                Mr.Market,
Went to your facebook page and "liked" something. Don't know if it was a post or the whole site. The 1980 fro picture is great. I'd buy a car from that guy.

Mr. Market, Would you ever consider using a source other than IBD for so much of your information? I'm not saying any other data site is better but if one is you could possibly crank out 15%ers at a faster rate. Just wonder if you're checking out different info.

I use IBD as a supplement now. I'd say 75% of the stocks in my data dump come from simple screens I use on Fidelity's website.
