There are very few posters over there other than Bruce I have respect for. Hard to tolerate a bunch of CANSLIM robots who want to slam $$MM$$ when his picks get in trouble. Belief in the CS investment method is fine, but laughing at people when they lose money is low class.

IMO...Bruce (poorman) knows his stuff...we don't trade the same way...but I think he is good for the style he trades...Plus, he seems like an upfront kinda guy too...IIC

I also respect Poorman a lot. He retired early because of his stock picking ability.

$5.25. It wasn't a great buy point for swing trading, but I bought for a longer term trade. I'll sell in December. Watch SIRI run this fall. It'll be like taking candy from a baby!

I'm not so sure your buy is all that ill-timed. There's a "Three White Soldiers" (on May 2-4) candlestick pattern that is supposed to indicate that the trend is changing. "Three White Soldiers" (the names of these patterns LOL!) is supposedly fairly reliable.

Yea, that candle stuff is too complicated for me to understand, but I'll take your word on it. I'll buy the Three White Soldiers a drink if they're right.

If I would have listened to the IBD stock checkup up last year, I would have missed out on SIRI last year.
