  • Webs, I was posting my take at the same time as your gap post. Since you're interested in ERS, I'd thought I'd copy my take to your thread:

    21 day moving average: 9.37
    4.13 - 12.59 FIB: 9.36 (38.2), 8.36 (50)
    5.81 - 12.59 FIB: 9.21 (50), 8.41 (61.
    6.99 - 12.59 FIB: 9.12 (61.
    Next support (PVB): 9.55
    2nd support (PVB): 8.59
Raff channel long: 9.13 (may change intraday)
    P: 10.66
    S1: 9.33
    S2: 8.42

Webs, I see a significant case for the mid-to-low 9 range attracting significant support. Even if that fails, mid 8 seems strong as well. After today's bad day, I'd say 9.33-9.50 is a good potential buy based on the inital panic taking out of the 9.75 low.

You make a good point about the gap, though. I just wonder if this stock is weak enough to even approach it.

      The Gap Has Filled...

Right before I went to bed last night, I placed a limit order for EZEN at $1.95. I got my order filled and it was within .03 of the low of the day.

The reason I placed the order for the price I did was because of the gap up that EZEN experienced on April 28th. My Vulcan logic told me that this gap must fill considering the human panic taking place in the markets.

When others are selling, I must take advantage of their weakness and buy. Now that the gap has filled, EZEN will resume it's ride upwards.

Gap fills can be a very reliable indicator when the market is tanking.

            • Newborn beat me to the channel long comment. I may just put in an order myself soon. I was pissed at losing .15/shr, but it would have been .35

There is a chance EZEN could drop even more and you could get it at $1.40. Good luck.

I'll be turning 40 next week, so in honor of the occasion, I have posted an updated picture of myself. I'm getting better looking all the time.

By the way, what's with all this crap I here about you slow down when you hit 40. It's all rubbish, I feel just as good as I did when I was 18. I do keep myself in pretty good shape though.

                      • Happy birthday Webs. I'm in much your same boat, but a year ahead (41 last week).

Age is just a number. As you say it's all in how you take care of yourself. You're certainly doing it right. Plus, what's this BS about "you're a year older today"? No you're not! You're A DAY OLDER TODAY

I'm still in. I guess my buy at $1.95 was a good move. Maybe this baby will keep climbing.

Here's where I stand right now.

                              1. NGPS - Bought at $27.94. Closed today at $26.54. I let it drop below my normal stop loss point, but I felt very strongly that it would recover and it seems to be doing just that. I think patience will pay off here.

                              2. ELN - Bought some at $6.74 and more at $6.98 for an average of $6.88. Closed at $6.43. It hasn't hit my sell point yet, and I don't think it will. I think anyone who holds ELN until Tysabri comes back around August or September will be rewarded with a nice return. $15 is my target.

                              3. VPHM - Bought at $6.60. Closed at $6.97. I seem to have caught the dip on this one just about right and am in good shape so far. I feel like I'll get a good profit from it.

                              4. EZEN.OB - Bought at $1.95. Closed today at $2.18. Nice move today put me in good shape. This seems to be my most promising stock short term. I usually don't buy Bulletin Board stocks, but I like this one. I actually bought it as a recommendation for Poormans website. You can't argue with his success.

I got rid of SIRI way too soon and it pisses me off, but there's always a chance that SIRI could take a sharp dip when you least expect it.
