    Daily Commentary

Our system posted a WAIT today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 08.02.2005 (2) days ago, when the stock price was 16.6800. Since then EZPW has fallen -2.58% .

It is now a market with a firm decision to try the lower end. We already have warned you before with our previous confirmed SELL signal. Anyway, we believe that you have sold your shares and even opened a short sale position.

Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Keep on staying short or at cash until the next signal. Do not bother yourself with any further buying or selling, as long as the WAIT tag stays.

Today a White Candlestick was formed. This represents normal buying pressure.
Webs, how do you like American Bulls? I think it's helpful but hardly gospel. It's had a SELL on VPHM since it was 12.19, and I think ERS recently gained 10% out of a SELL. Seems reliant on candlestick patterns, and nothing else.

I like to look to see what they have to say but wouldn't rely on them to make a decision in any way. Going there just to read the little segment on candles will be educational in seeing an understanding a candlestick pattern and what it could represent.

I just like to use it for the candlestick analysis, but I don't rely on it completely.

Candlestick analysis is fascinating, but I'm not totally sold on it.

Update on my present positions... 8/05/05

          1. ELN - Bought at $6.88. Closing price today was $7.69

          2. EZEN.OB - Bought at $1.95. Closing price today was $2.51

          3. PWAV - Bought at $11.20. Closing price today was $10.85

My luck may have ran out with PWAV. If it drops again on Monday, I may be forced to bail out.

Could that be an ascending triangle that I see on EZEN? Spike? Ski? Anyone? If it is, EZEN may be getting ready to make a few more $$$ for me.

I still feel good about ELN. It's almost a sure bet that TY is coming back, but the street hasn't figured it out yet. By the time the news hits, they'll be too late.
How many of you guys are holding ELN? Who got the guts, beside the King of the Hill, Noshadylady and myself?

Here's the chart. Not only is it an ascending triangle, Webs, but it is also a cup with handle, and it looks so pregnant that she'll probably deliever on Monday.

What do I know, Webs? Not much. But if I do want to remind you that this is a penny stock, that there is some resistance at $2.75, but it looks like a good pick to me!

                Webs,
I owe you an apology. All I was suggesting was to bring a stop up kind of close on ACW to protect your gains. It looked like it was ready and due for some consolidation from the chart. You exit an it goes up another .49 without you. I hope I didn't prompt you to sell it. I just didn't want to see you lose your gains.

Regarding EZEN. I think it is going in that direction of an ascending triangle. The top (horizontal line/resistance line) isn't perfect but then neither am I. It looks to be close to developing that type of a pattern in my estimation. I'm looking at the daily and weekly charts. The 15 min. chart, which I usually watch intraday, is as wierd as I've encountered.

No apologies needed Ski. I still made 24%.

If you'll notice, ACW has had a lot of up days and should be due for a correction. I'll be waiting to get back in when it does.

I bought it at $1.95. The dough keeps rolling in!

I opened my Etrade account in June. Since that time, I have earned 12.92% with this particular account. Am I good or what?

I wish I could say the same for my 457 account. It's at break even.

I'm setting a limit order to buy ACW at $12.55. It's gone for over two weeks with only one down day. Odds are that it will pull back some.

I'll give PWAV another day beofre I dump it.

Of course, after got rid of HISC.PK, it started climbing back up. This company has some good things in the works and could end up being a big winner in the long run, so I'll keep an eye on it for a possible re-entry later on.

Now that I have the ability to short stocks, I'll be keeping an eye out for good short canidates...

Webs, don’t do what I did. I set my stop and everything was good until I failed to put my stop in as GTC or good till canceled. This little screw up cost me a nice piece of change the next day.

It never hurts to be too careful, does it?

I'll remember that bit of advice. Thanks!
