My Vulcan intuition tells me that PDGT will soon release a pr, resulting in another substantial increase in share price. .02 is my target.
Why am I playing penny stocks? Probably because it's fun, extremely risky and potentially very profitable. Of course, I'd rather forget about my GOFH disaster last year...I lost about 200% on that one.

I'm still out of the market, except for my small penny positions. Now I'm focusing in another direction....

Yes...You read right....Real estate. My area has a ton of bank owned forclosures, and my curiusity is peaked. I've found some homes that are selling for over 50% off of their original prices. All I need is $$$ to work with....That's the hard part, but I'm exploring all options. No scam...just real ideas. I'll bet IIC would have some ideas. Doug?

You're probably looking for something closer to Destin, but did you read any of our chat at Spikes abound those condos in Cape Coral? It's legit with the only sticking point being association fees. For instance, what happens to the association when 3 units of 6 are in foreclosure and 2 of the remaining 3 are up for short sale. This involves at least 3 different banks. Units that sold for 175K in June '05 they are asking $29,900 for and have said they will take offers.
