JBII - email response I got:

    Hello XXXXXXXX,

    My answer is the following:

The bench top model was filmed months ago beginning in April. Since then we have tested in large batches and now a continuous processor. The process scales nicely.

Our "cost" per barrel was achieved by metering feedstock with output and then loaded up the business model with every possible cost including excessive costs like royalties, excessive staff, etc... We then cut the production in half while maintaining the same overhead (for a conservative approach). No 3rd party chemical firm is going to release a report and allow it to be published (they specifically state so). It comes down to their risk management. We do however provide reports for JV partners for their due diligence.

I suggest anyone who is unhappy with the information I have disclosed not to invest. I suggest investing then when you are comfortable: ie) after coming to the AGM to view a large continuous processor running, when 5 JV's are running, 10, or the P2O ship, or when we send one to the Pacific Garbage patch, whatever. Then pay the difference from what the share price is today.

I have built this business on open communications with shareholders, moreso than 99% of public companies. I won't burn 3rd party labs by releasing their reports in the public domain nor will I disclose trade secrets to the detriment of our existing shareholders. I get $1/year and have not sold a share. I get paid when the company is large and making a lot of money. My management team are only compensated by the highest form of value-based management. Our BOD will only have common shareholders who purchased on the open market for transparency, clarity, and open communications with shareholders . We aren't doing business like other public companies - we are doing business the way they should. We got this way because I did not let in JV or Funds into the company early to mess around with the Board and do the usual P&D.

I have executed 12 out of 12 times, in record time, while maintaining integrity within the company. P2O is a done deal from my standpoint, we are 100% all in. Decide when you are comfortable with it.

    Regards,

    John Bordynuik
    CEO
    JBI

Webs, i know this is going to sound idiotic seeing that i bought 3000 shares of the stock but what do they actually do. has it got something to do with the reprocessing of another end product to get oil from it. in all honesty i never once looked at what the company does. i did look at the chart and saw the momentum building and that was about it. what do they actually do.
and i will actually be drinking some shots of lye's famous "goji juice" tonight. one of the toasts will be to you webs.

JBII is not a one trick pony. They actually have a few lines of business.

      1. Old computer tape data recovery. They have a contract with NASA... This was Johns business, before he went public. - http://www.johnbordynuik.com/

      2. Pakit cleaning products - http://www.pakit.com/

      3. Javaco - http://www.javacoinc.com/

      4. They can convert plastic to oil for under $10 per barrel. 49 site are going into Florida alone. http://www.plastic2oil.com/

      Main company website - http://www.jbiglobal.com/

Even without plastic 2 oil, JBI is still a profitable company. This company is not a scam, as some have claimed. All it takes is a little DD to find out the truth.

I wouldn't be surprised to see more aquisitions, in the near future.

Certainly on the up and up. Kind of fun being in on the startup of a good company. Investment aside. Happy New Year to you Webs. Doesn't say much for those of us in front of the keyboards. Beats workin' tho.

Webs.... has the CEO shared with you when JBII will have 1 working production model of their p2o machine online? Spring 2010? Summer 2010? and.... How may barrels of oil (from plastic) do they forcast bringing to market in 2010?

Seems to me they need to alot of additional R&D before opening 49 centres in Florida?

So by this statement it seems that there are zero time-frames or production goals being forcast by the CEO. Webs, I think you need to make a trip and see this equipment for yourself.

Ski lives close by, maybe he can see what's going on "first hand" and give a report. I think it's kinda hard to "BS" Skiracer....

                    LYE Good Idea

Lye yes old saying never buy by a pig in a poke. Once met a gent at Panera's who invited me to a seminar on Free Energy ....this guy was hot to trot and invested several thousand into the project ......after going to the show , I realized it was all smoke and mirrors. There were all kinds of contraptions , but the show was cheap and very amateurish........ and I realized that the old dude had been had. At the end of the show Free Certificates were given for the free Energy machines , and one was to be installed at my house ......I'm still waiting for the SOB to show up , and that was about 5 years ago LOL!
I couldn't convice the old guy that because of the Physics Law Conservation of Energy ......you CAN'T get more energy out of a machine than you put into it!
I realize that JBII is not a perpetual motion machine beacuse 15% of the energy is utilized from the plastic to power the machine, but I would like to see an actual machine in operation.
I have a small position in JBII , and I am making money ,but I would love to see it go on the AMEX so that I can set a trailing stop!
I sent an email to investor relations director Katie Matkowski asking her about the AMEX application. Hopefully I will get a response back!

Lye, i don't know a thing about the company or the the CEO Jim Bordynuik, but if webs can give me the info on where they are and can be located i would certainly reach out and try to look into it somehow. i don't know why i feel this way, just a hunch, but i think the outfit is legit and the process is legit. honestly, i never once looked at the company or did any DD on it before or after buying the stock. right now i would like to buy the guy a drink sometime. i'm up bigtime with the trade. and by the way your "goji" was a big hit at our party last nite. thanks again for the bottle. it seemed to have a bit of a lemony taste this time around. did you change or add something to it. still as smooth and as potent as ever. gone thru about half of the bottle since it arrived. but now that the holidays and the partying is basically over i'll be hoarding it for my personal consumption.

                        GBRC.pk... more p2o

here's GBRC.pk... an interesting company that has a p2o machine and process and only has a $35 million market cap ($0.58 share price)..... maybe JBII with their $426 million market cap (or twelve times that of GBRC) will aquire them and their technology and process?

A US company is taking plastics recycling to another level - zapping them with a variety of frequencies to break down the hydrocarbon chains

Ski... these guys (GBRC) are only about 40 miles from you, in Mount Laurel, NJ

I see they use microwave...takes too much energy to produce oil. Probably a scam.

Seriously, I will monitor GBRC and call the Investor Relations Guy Thomas Walch who is listed at the company website at 212-398-3486, and email contact [email protected]
Perhaps others will also call or email, and I will mention JBI, which I am SURE he is familiar with.
