Ray... I ran accross this while searching for a good Avitar for you dude. Here's a new idea for picking your stocks with darts... Lawn Darts!!!.... and Alchohol!!!!.... just write the stock tickers on pieces of paper, scatter them accross the back yard and toss a HUGE lawn dart way up in the air... If you miss a pick, you gotta take a drink! cool way to pick em huh? hehehehe!

My pick for next week is BRCM. Looking for a breakout into the low 50s. Look at the lack of overhead resistance up to ~125/sh!

(Next most favorite pick is OXPS. Looking for blue-sky breakout above 25/sh.)

I would be thrilled if HOM sold at 6.76 after market, but I doubt it ...more than likely you were just seeing an open ask at that price which was available if some fool wanted to buy. I dont thinkthat the sale actually occurred.

Please prove me wrong because I do own a lot of HOM

I thought it was preposterous myself but here is the raw data from last Friday at 4:08:44 where someone bought 1000 shares and another 700 shares at $5.95 at 4:01 and then 3200 shares at $6.76. The first trades for 1000 and 700 shares were close to the close and could have been at the market price before the bell, suggesting a rookie or newbie was trying to get shares right at the close an got caught by someone who placed a high asked price right at the close. I know they do that sometimes and someone stupid enough to buy right at the market at the close will get caught with a high market price. I do it myself sometimes when looking to exit a position and will try to catch someone who doesn't realize what can happen. The second trade for $6.76 just amazes me because that trade would have had to been placed in the after hours ECN market and they only allow limit orders in the AH markets. So it would have had to been a limit order no. Anyway here it is. I also have a considerable position in the stock so I would like to see it go off myself. I don't think that these two trades have anything to do with what is going to happen this morning or week although I feel confident that we are going to have a good week with the position.
