Rob...I'm changing my pick...My crystal ball indicates that lo vol ECHO will blow it out on EPS this week...Please start me in ECHO long at the open...thx...Doug(IIC)

This one is really low volume...Came onto my radar on the weekend before June 9th when it debuted at # 48 on the IIC 100. However, I was shocked to see it appear in the IBD 100 for this Monday....The ADV is only a little over 7,000shs...But it may be ready for a blowout move if they beat and the c/c goes well. I believe they announce at the close on 8/9/06....Doug(IIC)

Don't think you ever formally selected BVX. In a disucssion we were having, you suggested that you probably would go with BVX long.
Why the change? BVX still looks good to me. Have you seen something that caused you to change directions?

No, nothing has changed at all. I also own HSOA and while looking at the weekly chart on it I noticed that the EW wave count was in what I think is a "c" wave down completion and that a spike up could be right around the corner. You take BVX if you like it. I'll be rooting for it and you if you do use it this week. If you took it and won this week I think that would be great.

I already took SNV again for the POTW but I think I'll buy BVX Monday. Like you, I always buy the stock I pick in POTW but I can still buy some BVX outside the contest. I think the 1st hour Monday will give me good indication of where it will go next week. Tuesday's Fed could muddy the waters but I guess we'll see.

Well...what gets me is that it shows up on the IBD 100 this week...They even mention it in an article in Monday's paper. When it came on to my IIC 100 on June 9th I did not pay attention primarily due to volume...Volume is not a factor in my scan parameters...Just because a stock appears on my IIC 100 does not mean I like it...It means that it simply met the 10 minimum criteria...further DD is always necessary.

I really have no idea what the IBD 100 criteria is except for a few obvious things...However, I know what mine are. Personally, I'd like to change some of my parameters but I promised a group that watches it closely that I would not do that this year.

You may have noticed that EZPW went from # 1 to off the list this coming week on the IIC 100...The reason has do do with future projections. You may have also noticed that IFO aka IFON dropped off too. Unfortunately, I believe that the IFON drop is due to the fact that they switched exchanges and the place that I get my data from is not completely updated due to that change yet. I noticed that DailyGraphs has some of the data that I may be missing...But my scan is what it is based on the data I have access to... so I left it off...Wouldn't be surprised to see it reappear soon though.
