I can't change the rules in mid stream.... I kept out Gary and Mimo last week because they were late. Webs wouldn't want that either (unless nobody noticed...hehehe). In Webs honor I'll just play his pick later in the week... Then you all can see how well he WOULD have done.lol

Only hours left to short SHLD before earnings. A Reuters article stated that SHLD has been very secretive and non-communicative lately so much so that few analysts are covering the company. The initial euphoria over the mega millions of value in real estate combined in the K-mart merger has worn off and with cautious reports from Target and Walmart regarding sales other than food, shareholders are hoping for good news , but fearing the worst.

I'd like to think that's why Lye made them up in the first place. I was getting the impression that a move was about to be made in that direction and could you imagine how those other guys would have felt. This was great though and the rest of us needed some way to gain alittle ground on you anyway. Are you sure you didn't do this on purpose because of that? I heard a rumor that some Vulcans actually do have some heart and feel compassion on occassion. I didn't actually fully accept that though.

Gary's retired, Ski's thrown his hands up and let fly with his opinion, Lye's come out with gloves on, NB's had some fun (good for you), Webs has done the gentlemanly thing, Billyjoe has ignored it completely (hehe), and then Ski has attempted to have some lighthearted fun after all. Last post I see is Lye bein' grumpy again. Shoot guys, we gotta keep the scorekeeper happy! That's rule No.1!

Seriously though dudes, In my mind, Lye's initial stance was clear; Webs was out. My clemency request was:
a) said in fun and
b) made thinking Webs had about a snowflake's chance in Hades of slipping in the back door. I expected some fun and games and then direction from majority that rules stand.

Shoot, Lord forbid we actually have some fun in this competition.

Well Vector pulled a fast one and is neutral again. I'm not trying to convince myself of anything other than follow the rules. Might look like I'm makin' it up as I go but that's the way I'm readin' the silly picture I look at If it were up to me, yes, I wanna be a bear. I want the market to pull back a good 4 hard days. Then get bought! And I want me to be the right side of it. But right now, there isn't a side that I see. I see opportunity and 'need', and feeling. But what leads my bias says it's clueless. lol
