I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Most stocks are acting strong today, save for JOBS, MFLX and all the housing stocks. What kind of play do you have in mind for NTRI? Looking for a bounce to $54 and then short her? Or are you looking long?
i will try to do that...same to u buddy!!! Looking at some of the industry groups that are strong today confirms that this is a pretty weak market....the trend is down(WOW that is a no brainer LOL)
Yes, today is just a one day bounce. Watch out tomorrow!!
well if the candlestick holds as it is or gets stronger...i would wait to see tomorrow and see how it opens...if it opens strong tomorrow i would hope that they take it up to the 50 day moving average...the Stochastics are in favor of that ...i guess have to see what happans if it gets to the 50....could make a good 7-8 points maybe if it starts showing weakness yes i would try and short it. However, last time i tried ....there were no shares available to short...like u kinda ticked me off.

If there are no shares to short then buy a put or sell a call. You can always find a way Look at this daily and see if you agree:
however, i dont think this is any type of candlestick signal ...so this could be just a bounce...i missed AEHR about week ago when it showed a bullish harami...which finished a good portion up that red candle...the stochastics were well in the oversold area which confirms the signal as well as that volume surge. the next day it opened higher than the previous day open which confirms that signal and now its up over 30% in about a weeks worth of trading...DOH ...i will be watching that one alot closer .....i was watching it in late july when it was falling and then took forgot about it.
here is another strong one i found last night PCR...i believe that is a nice ole kicker signal in the oversold area......must be some news going into it today. It may test the 26 area.

yes i agree...i believe that is a tweezer top and a big resistance area I missed that when i first looked at it so thanks for pointing that out to me...it may have a hard time getting through there. So if it failed that would u buy puts and what strike price would u use...im not very well versed in option trading.

Fairly thin volume stock ... avg. 191k per day. Needs to clear $23.20 resistance to make me feel better It may do it. Up on 2x normal volume.

Ninner,
When buying puts, always buy in the money puts. SO that would be a $55 put. And give yourself some time: Sept puts. And there is another play. Sell the $55 calls and if you are wrong, you buy the stock.
