I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. there's way too little information publicly available about this company for me to form any kind of opinion on it.
from what I can see, there are probably at least 20M shares out (though I'm not sure about this) which puts a 20M market cap on a company making no money, and with less than $100k in the bank (by now, I'd imagine. they had 144k in Feb)
At Yahoo Finance, you get free stock quotes, up-to-date news, portfolio management resources, international market data, social interaction and mortgage rates that help you manage your financial life.
my instinct tells me that they're taking a beating now for a good reason, and this stock is too expensive for me by at least a factor of 10.
by the way, their accountants just quit, which is not usually a good sign.
actually pinksheets gives a bit more information on this, and there are 25M shares issued and outstanding. unless you have worked on their engine, or know for sure there's some value there, you really have no business buying this stock above the 0.05 price of the last offering.
I wouldn't touch this stock here with a 10-foot pole.

I think what happened today was that the company dumped some stock in order to get some $$ to keep going.
Thank you for the excellent research. Jiesen, I think you are pretty good at that FA stuff. Keep it up!
