Skiracer's stock slopes

Ski, I finally did buy HOV after you hounded me for months (just like NJR) and am up 15.23% with many points to follow I'm sure. You've got to mention a stock at least 3X before it sinks in to my short term memory losing skull. Let's just say I could buy a new car with my NJR earnings and a used one with my HOV $$$, that is, when I start enjoying my golden years. Thanks again, your insights are golden !

I've got both too and holding tight. Doing alot better with HOV since I may have bought NJR at less than optimal time. I'm considering KOG, VRX and JOEZ. Interesting 6 month charts on all three. Same for GDXJ. Looking for a good entry into DDD. I should never have gotten out of that one. All I read suggests time for another run on Gold and Silver. ONe year chart on HL looks interesting.
Ski, the best choices I've ever made had to do with those lovely dishes and bowl formations that you so love.

Thoughts anyone? This RN with the achy bones has GOT to be able to retire one day.

I wish I could answer your question Margie. The stock is down to practically nothing and it appears that everyone is running for the exits. I wonder if they are doing any business and selling any product. I use a site, www.bigcharts.com, that has a pretty good "news" menu for any listed stock. If you go there and plug in BWMG and click on "advanced" at the top of the screen it will take you to a page where you can click on "news" at the top and you will see all the "news releases" for Brownies Marine. Some interesting stuff but no cigar for the stock price. I'm going to keep my eye on it for the time being.

I'm a big girl, Ed, responsible for my own decisions. Never feel bad if you post something that doesn't turn out. I got in for a bit but barely scathed. No big deal.

I'm more amazed than anything. How does the company continue? Don't they care? Do they scalp their own investors? (like the big ones do all the time.... stupid question,)

I have some friends that touted me on it and were very high on it. Supposedly some good info on their part but the bottom line with me is the chart and it looks like it fell of a cliff. I did make a buy but it didn't take long for me to gevt out. I'm actually sorry that I posted on it and hope that I didn't drag anyone into it. My friends are very astute investors but were way off base on this one.

Bad day at OK Corral today. It happens. I'm sure lots of people got stopped out of positions. Tomorrow should be interesting. Your exit in AUNFF is looking better everyday Marge. Right now my thinking is to exercise patience with any trades. No clear or definite market trend.

Yeah. Scary day. I hope I'm wrong but I fear tomorrow will be worse. Blue moon and long weekend. But should make for some good buys next week. ....hopefully.

NICE bowl on 6 month chart. might be a 20% gain in short time.

While I'm interested in KOG, the one I meant to show you when it came to a nice bowl on 6 month chart was VRX. This is the one for a 20% gain.

I decided not to be greedy for now, I took a very nice profit in short time off of the table today on this. I'll wait for another pullback to low .90's and get back in. At some point I think i'll stay in it for awhile but not yet. (but what do I know?!)

I haven't looked at it yet today but will shortly. Well I think you certainly know enough to take your gains while you have them in hand and not fret about what "woulda coulda" taken place if you hadn't. Always better to walk away with the money and being a winner. Looks like it's down .05 presently today. Good show Marge.

TCX double bottom bowl on 6 month chart. Company bought back 10M shares.
Not strong cash though. Maybe.

with silver looking like it may want to move back above $30 levels there might be a play here. If it moves back to the top line of it's symetrical triangle area at $1.15 that's a 20 % move. Not saying that I would be a buyer but I think the chances of a move up are greater than not and I am starting to look at silver again and if silver moves up right now this stock should follow.
