In NGPS 17.3 here. Very solid company with PE ratio 13 and high growth margin and growth revenue. Heavily been sold off by one major holding CMC Electronic INC. From the TA, it touch the bottom and volume shows no more sell off. Nice entry level, will see $20 in the next couple weeks together with short covered.

    Reasons as follow

    CMC Eletronic INC:
    Sold 3/18/2005 408,939
    Sold 1/11/20053,170,161
    Sold 1/07/20051,462,161

CMC purchased 12/30/2004 acumulative holding: 4,694,500 shares

    Last month 176,120 shares shorted

These simple number shows not only CMC sell all their shares, but also short(guess) 170,000 shares.

If just becuase CMC sell off cause the share price drop like a rock, this one is definitely oversold.

17.3 I enter this stock not just for rebounce, but also for its true underlying value. Since CMC do no hold any of the shares, this level price is pretty safe.

Comment on NGPS's 800K CMC holding

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are two possible situation here, 1. CMC sold the shares already and will file the SEC today (not a good argument). 2. CMC still holding this 800K (I predict they will not sell it at 17 level since there are not many profit for them according to their entry point).

I purchase this stock because the CMC almost sell off their shares. The trade off is that if you wait until CMC file the next SEC for selling their 800K, maybe you wait forever and see the price shot up. Frankly, this is one of the very good company that I even seen. Solid financial background and good products with huge market. The trade off of buying today is taking the hit that CMC MAYBE sell 800K in the future. But even 800K sell off won't impact the price that much. YMYD on this.

Reference "But look at the charts. Something is going on. That seems obvious. I defer to the old-timers on the board, who by they way, do not post any more with very few exceptions. They know the company and there seems to be an agreement that this company is an excellent, well-run, debt-free, extremely fast-growing, leader in its field, with its products in all the markets of the world, in a very fast growing industry. Everything seems to point to somebody wanting all the shares they can get as cheap as they can get them. When the price moves, it may move like RIMM, very fast up and then it will be too late. TRMB has a PE of 29. NGPS could be valued at 40 and be overvalued. Be patient! Everybody wants it and they are working hard at it."

Buy power very strong, check the I-watch for 1 month and 1 week. This week showing large buy interest. Let's see tomorrow. Take some risk for large return.

    Further NGPS analysis:

Reference "The 4.8 mil shares of NGPS owned by CMC (former name Candian Marconi Company)was purchased at 1998 for $10.91/shr. At $48, that's a profit of $180 mil within 7 years (CMC's parent company only worth about $35 mil). No wonder they want to sell this at near $50 in a hurry.

I figured CMC was not a big patatao for sure. Even its parent company ONCAP is only worth a little over $300 mil. With the cash they get from this NGPSgy bank ($over 200 mil), they'll be the richest kids in town lol.

CMC Electronics is a private company controlled by an investor group led by ONCAP L.P. ONCAP is a CDN $400 million investment fund established by Onex Corporation and a number of leading Canadian financial institutions. "

Let's see when CMC will file the 800K. But maybe they won't sell it. If I were them, better hold some profitable company's stocks in the portfolio, their purchase price is around 10-11, current price is not very lucrative to them. I get in in order to miss the jump soon.

they'll probably hold for now. It used to be a profit of $37, now it's $5.5. And they know darn well who caused the drop.

CMC also doing the GPS products. Actually CMC and NGPS are competitors (or partners). Why CMC holding so many shares of NGPS shares. My explain is that CMC knows very well that NGPS's technology is leading and very profitable. From another view, CMC's sell off can make its competitor's stock (firm value) tank so much makes no sense to me. Maybe CMC is ill will to punch their competitor or maybe they just wanna take profit. Anyway, from financial perspective, NGPS's stock drop like this is totally oversold.

            Hi Cashmaker,

I moved your new NGPS post to the thread where I collected a couple of earlier ones. Please post new messages about NGPS in this thread. It really has advantages, besides not irritating other users of the board. I changed the title of the thread, so it wouldn't have to drag the title of the first post with it for all time.

            Regards,
