I have a slight dilemma. I’m not to crazy to make money off others lose from this disaster. A terrible thing has occurred, and the sad reality of this tragic event is that many companies see dollar figures swimming in their heads.
They will do what needs to be done but the cost is something I think I find hard to fathom.
I also think many sectors will move strongly to the upside in the months to follow. Clean-up will be the first stage of this massive operation. Heavy equipment will be needed in order to clean up.
I would encourage others that play this disaster to donate a portion of earnings to an organization of your chose. I think you will be Blessed if you do that!!

Well guys we are coming to a critical point in the indicies especially for the S&P and this week will be critical. We are still not in the overbought condition so I think we may have what it takes to bust through that resistance and if oil keeps sliding and breaks the 63 level we definetly will bust through it.. Here are a couple of charts.
Now if we bust through that resistance we have more coming our way...

Here is a brief check into the charts.
I think the following stocks with-in the waste management group look the best for upside movement.
The Industry took a huge hit in 1999 and dropped 63%. Since hitting bottom it has moved up close to old highs. Current price is 605 and old highs are 649. It will either hit the highs and pull back or push on through. I’m watching 621 as this was the recent high back in 2004. A few weeks ago it hit that level and pulled back. It is now making another run at 621.
CLHB- cleared old highs from back in 1988 moved 703% since 2003. No overhead supply.
WWIN- is sitting at the high range since 2005. A push up from here could send her to next level of resistence.
WMI- tried to fill a down gap back in 2001, Since then it has turned sidways and has been running pretty flat since 2004. From Peak to trough was a huge 73% decline back in 1999-2000.
DRTK- cleared its old highs when it crossed 19.92. It went on to a new high of 28.50 before rolling over.
RSG- has been in a uptrend since 2000 and thus far has climbed 201% since then. No overhead supply on it also.
SRCL has been in an uptrend since 1997 and gained a nice 1441%. No overhead supply
WCN 370% since 2000. No overhead supply
