Actually, it is a seasonal type shop, 4th of July, Holloween, Thanksgiving stuff, etc. They have all sorts of what- nots like pict. frames, bar-b-que items, & they have that stuff by that Irish guy, you might know him,
        Patty O' Furniture??!!!

                LSS is the pick!

I think that MTH was the best deal a couple of weeks ago but I'm not too sure about it now.

I would pick LSS for the following reasons:
                ROE= 33%
Current Ratio = 4.2 (can easily pay its debt)
This stock is grossly undervalued. PEG << 1. Worth at least $60.
Net Capital Asset Value > 0

The industry is gaining momentum again.

I don't know if it will make into the top 5 but it's a good company.

                My 2 cents.

That's my run of the numbers, so I'd say the top 5 will be:

                    BMHC CIB MTH SWN TS
and possibly FTK would be up there, but I couldn't find its earnings.

Was I close? (I left a few out purposely, like some of the oil stocks, and repeaters like DHI, which probably would rank pretty high again)

                      Bmhc, et al

                      Jiesen,
If BMHC is the winner, Monday was the day to buy it. It dropped all the way down to support, and would have made a great entry.

Yesterday was a great day to buy CIB, too.

MTH looks interesting. This one may provide Ernie with the best entry if it pullsback the day he buys it.

                      SWN:
I was told to buy this stock at $30, and didn't hold it. Dumb.

TS: Needs to pull back before jumping in. Chart says investors are still
                      excited about this one.

Looks like I missed a couple there

I guess I threw a couple of "babies out with the bathwater" (if you'll pardon the expression NBB). Neither FORD nor ELOS made my first cut, ELOS first because it didn't look all that linear to me to begin with:

though I probably should have considered more the fact that it was up so hugely and left it in.

and FORD, I culled mainly for valuation, and the fact that IBD had it #1 yesterday. We were all talking about it earlier, and I wasn't very impressed on first glance. The earnings looked to me to be just too low to support such a high price. Yes, it's gone up very quickly, and may have another 15% to give in a week or two, but I just thought this one was too scary to consider buying. Then again, so have a lot of $$MM winners seemed to me, right from the first time I looked at one (COH). I've been wrong every time I thought he picked one at too high of a price, and I'll probably be wrong dissing FORD, so I'll just see what happens with this one- who knows, maybe a phone accessory maker is the next TASR!
