$30 per pound for Gojo Berries! hummmmmmm.... Lets see, I'll direct market this stuff..... (estimated) 1,000 pounds yeild per acre X 470 Acres X $30.... $14.1 million gross sales per year! What if I can yeild 2-3k pounds of berries per acre!? WOW!

per acre. Can you grow goji berries in the Blue Ridge Mtns.? Just did some quick research goji berries only grow in crap from limousin cattle.

My Goji DD says Brahman crap is superior Goji berry fertilizer over Limousin, You were probably looking at an old study.... Fact: The Brahman it is an Asian breed.... Fact: Goji Berries are an Asian fruit.... and Asian berrys (naturally) like Asian cow manure.

I have a nice group af 1/4 Brahman 3/4 Angus We call em "BrAngus".... Phase one studies are still out on "the Goji/Brangus crap study".

I'll have to outsource the manure operation BillyJoe cause I'll need the pasture land to plant my Goji bushes.....

Just thought of a BIG problem.... Wonder is Whitetails will eat up your Goji berries? CRAP! NOW I'll NEED TO BUY 12 ft high heavy duty deer proof electric fences! Let's see.... It'll cost about $550k to fence 470 Acres to keep the deer out of my Goji berry bushes.

OR .... I could hire Ski to build some towers and stand guard and just shoot all the deer.... I'm not talkin primative plywood deer stands here either. These things will have a lazyboy, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, gas heat and Dish TV.... Who else wants in on "deer guard" duty?.... Hey I'll advertise in the newspaper and guys will pay ME to come and shoot the deer from my Goji guard towers! $$$More Profits$$$!.... Problem solved!

I've also done DD on the Whitetails. They can be repelled with rotten eggs , habanero pepper spray , and human urine. You supply the drinks and Mr.Market members will supply the urine. Maybe you won't need a fence. How much will it cost me for a 1/3 interest in this venture?

BillyJoe, I've Decided we'll need the whitetails dude.... Charging city boys to kill the whitetails will bring us much added revenue....Hmmmmm.... Plus open up an additional market. GoJi BrrrrAndy!.... City boys love brandy!lol.... Makes em act silly.

I have this "buddy" who will twist us some GoJi gogo hooch... We'll market it as "the healthest shine in SW Virginia"!... bottle it @ about 120 proof, should do the trick!

Thinking further ahead.... We'll need to fence off (about) a 3-5 acre grove around the "GoJi direct farm store" area.... Make it a "no kill zone". I expect a certain percentage of our "farm direct" clients will be "back to nature, PETA health freak types"....

Smart move are you thinking "organic goji berries" ? Those would go for at least 50% more than the "regular" berries and those long hair , hippie , tree huggin' freaks will line up to buy them.They won't know what were spreading around to give them an organic boost. I just happen to have some "organic" goji berry plants I started at the greenhouse. How many can you use?
