    Sisterwin2,
The way I see it, they took a stock that had just closed at 6.60 and to raise money to pay off debt, sold 4.8 million shares for 5.50 plus issued almost 900,000 warrants at .20 giving the holder the right to trade for shares at 5.50 within a 5 year period. Ripping off current shareholders and apparently perfectly legal. It would be interesting to see who got those shares and who decided to sell before the deal was made.

I dont understand the news on HOM...... what does it mean that they sell private placement of common stocks? I take it that this is a bad move? My stop is about to hit

    Sirtuck,
ABB is doing great and has excellent projected future earnings and the funds were buying it up , but it doesn't come out on the top of my screens for several reasons. Its sales aren't so hot only up 13% from last quarter and ROE is -19. Mutuals funds have been selling it off lately. Its price has been holding well and I hope it continues to make you money. Maybe it will crack the top 10 in the cheap stock port in the future.

GROW closed yesterday at 9.46 up 11.29% from Friday close. It opened today at 10.00 so I put a 7% stop on that price and it hit at 9.30 , but we made % on it.
