I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Trading below both its 20-day EMA and 200DMA, but above the 50DMA, IIG has an ROE = 32% and PSR = 0.70. PE is a very low 6.4. Is this a value stock or is it seling this cheap for a reason? We'll know in the fullness of time....<g>
I think I mentioned this one last week. Retraced 38.2% of the rise between the Nov. low and the Dec. high and took off on Thursday. If the Dec. high gets taken out on a closing basis I'm looking for an extension move up to 5.
Damn! The %A/D is a very strong 58.8%. The %A/D Velocity is only 7.2% (very puzzling) so I'll be watching to see if this improves over the next day or so. Failure to do so will be a big bearish divergence with price.
Nice continuation after Friday's big breakout move. It made a stochastic pop on 1/4 and 1/6; SPs are usually good for a 25% - 50% move within 4 - 6 weeks and IIIN has already moved about 18% in less than two weeks.
