JLG has been climbing rising trend channels since 3/03. From 3/03 to 2/04 was the first; from 3/04 to 6/05 was the second; and from 6/05 - 1/06 is the third.

WTI could be powerful

The ADX on WTI has been below 15 since 11/10. Very unusual for it to be that low for that long and today's breakout could be the start of a powerful move. Rising trend channel resistance line is around 35.
