    For Wednesday

    ASPV. Diamond top on the daily chart but it's holding above its 20-day EMA. Even though a DT is a distribution pattern, as long as it holds above the 20-day I'm viewing it as a consolidation.

    Re: Gold

    IAG bounced off its 20-day EMA yesterday after falling back through the pivot price of a C&H breakout (which failed).

    ECA breakout

    From a rectangular base. Volume is about average for this time of day.

    Float < 7 million, ERG >= 240

    SLW. Bounced around its 20-day EMA and gapped open higher today. Estimates for the next two quarters are up 150% and 193% respectively, YOY.

    LMIA. Talked about quite a bit in the threads.

    Semis, computers

    Will be interesting to see the effect on Dell's announcement of missing estimates by five cents. SMH has been in a rising trend channel on the weekly chart since 9/04 and support is around 35.65.

    XCI has been flat as a pancake on the weekly chart since February but the daily chart fell below its 200DMA last week and an attempt to close back above it today failed. Once again, it looks like the chart told us what was happening before the news came out (in your eye, fundamentalists! <VBG>).

    Why can't they all work out like DTLK? <g> Up 9% today on more than 2X ADV.

    DTLK trying to get something started

    Bounced off the 20-day EMA last week and has traded in a tight range since then. Looks like it's trying to move higher today.

    Looks like a Cooper pullback but isn't

    NCOC. RS is only 93 (needs to be 95 for a Cooper) but it pulled back three consecutive days and is moving higher today.

    This morning

    AG - high tight flag.
    CBG - has held at the 20-day EMA every time its pulled back since December.
