      difficult questions indeed....

      OK.... maybe my previous questions were a bit "over the edge"....

      How bout these:

      (1) Do you beleive that a stock picked on Wednesday Morning, with a VTP rating of 942.88 can actually win the POTW and beat out 20 other players by Friday? Would you care to make a side bet with IIC on this?

      (2) Do you beleive Websman can belch louder than IIC? Would you care to make a side bet with me on this?

                            #3. Eat protein within 45 minutes of when you finish your workout.                             #4. Work your triceps. Your triceps are 2/3 of your arm mass. So your arms will look (and get) bigger if your triceps are big too.

                            #5 Don't overtrain. You need a day of rest between working out so your muscles can rest, repair, and grow.

                            Does that make sense?

                            Couple other things I wonder about:

                            - I work out one or two particular body parts per day (like benching one day, squats/legs the next, etc), amounting to exercising a body part once/week. Is that taking your "rest" mantra too far?

                            - Some prefer dumbells over barbells when performing press exercises (be it bench, military, etc.) because it allows the shoulders more freedom of movement. Your thoughts?

                            - What's your take on Creatine?

                              - If you are looking for definition, dumbells are ok. But if you want to put on size, you need to lift a lot of weight. Using very heavy dumbells gets awkward and you'll always need a spotter....much easier to get the same thing accomplished with barbells.

                              - I've never taken creatine so I can't tell you too much about it.

                                Clearly, I am not MM, but you might want to look around here:




                                From what I recall, the mass market creatine is not the best form.
