Ilia withdrew his offer today. Hinted that offers to buy product lines had been received, and it would look fishy if those were pursued after taking it private. Yeah right. I believe him completely, has an honest face. Of course, the stock dropped on that news. Basically, it tends to drop whenever Ilia says anything about anything.
