I wouldn't get drawn into the momentum thing right here. That earnings report was not that good and it'm market share in a few of it drugs are eroding with newer versions of their products coming onto the market. Several brokerages have downgraded the stock, not to sell, but under perform/hold levels. I thing alot of these last two days are strictly a momentum thing and the minute the profit-taking starts the stock will fall to under 29/28 again. I don't see the strength over the next qtr. to drive it up.Originally posted by Rob View PostJack, IMCL up nicely this morning on good volume.

Ron, always be in stocks that have fallen out-of-favor.Originally posted by Rob View PostI don't know about the "best," but I sure like the sound of those words anyway. The thing about this company is that the street absolutely hates it. Any good news for the company is immediately watered down in press reports, and any slight glimmer of anything remotely positive in a small way from one of its competitors is unfailingly heralded as the beginning of the end for ImClone. It has been going on just like this ever since July of 2004.
OTOH, if the rumored merger deal between BMY and SNY is true, this is liable to draw a lot of investor attention to IMCL. Whether this would be viewed as a net positive for the company remains to be seen, but I think it would.
