I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. There is a lot of overhead supply with this. A lot of people have gotten burnt by being long CHCI. Unless there is something drastic that is about to happen with it, there is no reason for the price to appreciate while those share change hands. For every buyer today, there are 3 sellers dying to break even on this.
Good luck, but I get an icky feeling with CHCI.
ps. I got burnt by this from 7.2 to 6.96... glad I got out when I did.

Pessimism has been real high on home builders... let's see what is yet to come.
Folks, as the market welcomes this cease fire between Isreal and Lebanon, one should take advantage of the dip in oil prices. The cease fire is expected to be very short lived!

I sold my oil stocks close to the open and bought natural gas stocks. I will look to change once the bombing starts again.

Jack,
Please tell me what you think might make a good entry on TSO. I see the chart (forgive the reference, please ) says that TSO is going to taste $65.

And I'd also like to know how you like to play this stock: a daytrade for a $1 or so, or hold it for a few days for a couple of bucks? Or perhaps some other strategy?

As you can see, I just scalped TSO for .25/share times 1 block. Sohrterm, we may very wel see 55 but 105/barrell is not at all impossible in the months to come. IRAN is next!
