In regards to JLG...Here is one thing I watch for...I use the MACD in different time frames...That was my secret to calling MACD crossovers before they crossover...Doug(IIC)

Real GDP vs. Dow

As you can see from this graph, the economy has been exhibiting steady, healthy growth, while the Dow Jones Industrial Avg. has been doing the Funky Chicken (or maybe it's the Lyehopper Bop):

I indexed the Dow by taking the closing price on the final day of each quarter and dividing it by 106.3, the amount required to make it match the GDP Index at Q3 in 2000.
