How low will the indices go???

These are my bottom predictions for the major indices:

    COMPQ: 2068
    INDU: 10383
    SPX: 1213

When this happens, I don't know for sure but I am estimating that it will happen very close to July 4, 2006.

    What are your predictions???

If the SPX starts trading below 1245, I see the potential for 1210.

Not sure how far the Indices go. I may need to ask the talking heads on CNBC. They are real experts in predicting what is going on…lol

Using the low of the DJIA of 10,156.46 in Oct. '95 and the recent high of 11,670.19 the important Fibonacci retracement numbers would be:

              38.2% 11,091.95
              50.0% 10,913.33
              61.8% 10,734.70
              76.2% 10,516.73

On the Nasdaq, using the low of 2,025.58 in Oct. '95 and the recent high of 2,378.32 the important Fibonacci retracement numbers would be:

              23.6% 2295.07
              38.2% 2243.57
              50.0% 2201.95

Is this a true rally? Or just a pause on the way down?

Is this a buying opportunity?.... Or.... Is this a good time to be short selling?

If you're unsure, stay on the sidelines in cash.

Is everyone annoyed by the talking heads on CNBC saying how stocks are fundamentally undervalued as the market continues to spiral downward?

                              Maybe it's just me.

How low will the market P/E's go?

                              Last end of week's P/Es-

                              DJIA P/E Ratio 21.11

                              S&P 500 P/E Ratio 17.74
