I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Register for free and you'll be able to post messages on this forum and also receive emails when $$$ MR. MARKET $$$ makes his own trades. ($$$MR. MARKET$$$ is a proprietary investor and does not provide individual financial advice. The stocks mentioned on this forum do not represent individual buy or sell recommendations and should not be viewed as such. Individual investors should consider speaking with a professional investment adviser before making any investment decisions.)

Obama seems to be doing real good so far. Just filled up at 1.88 a gallon. Next I'll be getting my 110K house from the bank for 30K and 4% interest. Life is sweet.
E-mail compares proposed changes in taxes after the 2008 presidential election.
No thanks for drying your tears, please, it's all in a day's work for fact sheet repairman!

Just heard on the radio 880AM in NYC and in the paper NY Daily News that Obama going full steam ahead on his tax proposals .......IT is now a done deal that he will let the BUSH TAX CUTS expire in 2010 .which means the 15% Caps gain tax will be history.......he also plans on immediately taxing the rich when his term begins on Jan 20 ......as of now individuals making over 200K ......but that is subject to change.
Just an example , one of my married friend s and his wife are both teachers each making a salary of 107+ , in addition full medical, dental , and eyecare insurance provided by their district. NOW they will be classified as RICH , both are considering early retirement , and cashing out of their sizeable IRAs and paying the lower 15% caps gain tax before 2010. Well I guess that is considered " Spreading the wealth" LOL!

Just when I was getting used to weepy tales about couples forced to work longer instead of being able to retire early, we now get weepy tales about couples forced to retire earlier. I am not sure, but at a guess the second category needs my sympathy a lot less than the first (for all the good it may do them).

Be wary of the advice you give
A man who smelled like a distillery flopped down on a subway seat next to a priest. The man's tie was stained, his face was plastered with red lipstick, and a half-empty bottle of gin was sticking out of his torn coat pocket. He opened his newspaper and began reading. After a few minutes, the disheveled guy turned to the priest and asked, "Say, Father, what causes arthritis?" "Mister, it's caused by loose living, being with cheap women, too much alcohol and a contempt for your fellow man!" "Well, I'll be damned!" the drunk muttered, returning to his paper. The priest, thinking about what he had said, nudged the man and apologized. "I'm very sorry, I shouldn't have been so unpleasant about it. Tell me, how long have you had arthritis?" "I don't have it, Father -- I was just reading here that the Pope does!"

Things are really getting bad. My daughter has been bumped out of her job playing Snoopy at an amusement park by another Snoopy with more seniority. She now must play Charlie Brown.........bigger head, fewer hours, more dances to learn, and less respect , especially from the Lucy character.

I believe I called things as getting REALLY BAD in the 4th quarter of 2005...Not a whole heckuva a lot of people listened and in fact I quit a couple of forums after that because I was tired of arguing

The characters make $8/hr. while the escorts/bodyguards make $7.35. Let's see, college costs approx. 100K. Working full time for about 6 1/3 years she will pay for everything if they take out no taxes and she saves every cent. Unfortunately she'll have to drop out of college to work full time.
Pete,
That kid had lots of guts but he should consult a neuromuscular specialist since that much falling indicates a medical problem. His father is a candidate for the Senior Olympics, keeping up with the racers to see each fall despite wearing a dress shirt, pants, and probably wing tipped shoes...impressive.
