July Durable goods orders just came in with a slight increase , and the markets are reacting and down as I write , but off their worst levels. Oh well another day at river city. Gold seems to be trading up , and that is good ......at least for the longs!

3. CRM LONG Customer manage ment ...when customers are there LOL
4. EDMC SHORT More education gangsters
5. JKS LONG Solar
6. LINC SHORT Another Bastion of Higher Learning .......oh yeah sign up the illiterate and get them a government loan , which you and I guarantee, and one that will NEVER be paid back . Too bad for the education hucksters the ahem......administation finally figured this one out and is cracking down.
7. NSU LONG GOLD
8. RFMD LONG Semiconductors UNDERVALUED according to Vector Vest close at $5.12 and true worth is $8.61 !
9. ZAGG LONG thin films for Ipods, Black Berries etc! An old friend coming alive again!

Well futures are slightly up along with gold and oil. The only fly in the ointment today is the "Unemployment Claims" hopefully a figure which will be below 500K . If it rises above that figure ...the markets could be spooked and long bets except for GOLD would be OFF the table. The figures will be released aT 8:30AM ........THINK POSITIVE!

11. WPRT LONG Appears to be breaking out . Makes engines for gaseous fuels. T.Boone Pickens says that if all 18 wheelers were outfitted with natural gas burning engines , oil importation could be cut by 50% . Why keep on buying oil from guys that use the profits to finance terrorism?

Stock futures, gold and oil are up as I write. Helicopter Ben speaks today , and I am sure he will reach into his "Tool Box" and pull out some magic trick to revive the economy. Better if Ben grabbed a claw hammer and whacked himself and the tax cheat treasury secy a few times on the head.
We definitely need some, "Change You Can Believe In" within these departments.
Caution is advised today as the markets can turn negative on a dime!

Good as gold!

Well Helicopter Ben finally revealed his next "TRICK" to put a fire under the economy. Oh yeah we will take our tax dollars to buy MORE of our debt. Sounds like a plan to me if ya like to take a wheel barrow full of dollars to buy a loaf of bread i.e. the German Weimer Republic.
Even the Chinese are backing off purchasing US debt , basically a ticket on the Titanic, and quietly buying tons of gold.
I say put your money with the Chinese and BUY GOLD. Trust me the average intelligence of a typical Chinese student is far greater than his American counter part, who is basically learning in school that Tommy has 2 mothers , and how to put a condom on a cucumber.
Folks here is a chart of some excellent gold stocks. Obviously don't put all your eggs in gold ......but at this juncture in time it seems like a reasonable idea to lock and load on a few shares of gold stock!

I made some money with SLW from April to June with some $19 calls. Looks like it's still going up.

I picked up some Dec $25 calls on ANV today. That's a pretty good looking chart! Thanks for the heads up on this one.

As of late ALXA has been in a downtrend and yesterday it closed at the low of the day, BUT there was a HUGE trade of 174,429 shares near the close? Could this be accumulation? An FDA decision is to be given in October 2010!
ALXA has been a sleeper , but if the cards fall right , ALXA could be HUGE!
