Pete,
SPKL's volume was actually down by 18% today so I'm thinking the majority of the messages aren't delivered yet. The wife went to the Cincinnati location Saturday and again it wasn't very busy. Right across the street from University of Cincinnati campus, but about 10 yards from a Chipotle. Mostly walk in customers students and staff.

Pete,
SPKL up another 12% from yesterday's close announces sale of 10 franchises in Michigan , a state they previously had not done business in. Volume today up about 50% above 13 week average. They claim over 100 franchises sold nationally with approx. 40 stores in operation.

EMPIRE FILM GROUP EFGU New Film

Empire film group seems to be moving right along .....www.empirefilmgroup.com
Their new venture is called "Boilermaker" .....not too appealing to me .......but neither was "Dog Day Afternoon" and that was a big hit. I really am looking forward to the 1/18/08 opening of their Blondes film with Pamela Anderson .......that one should appeal to many .
I do like their upcoming "Havana Heat" TV series.That one could be a blockbuster , and also "The Game " for sports looks great .....anway here is flyer for their new venture "Boilermaker"

As you probably know, Jim Cramer is the largest individual shareholder in the street.com. He has sold about 1 1/2 million dollars worth since June and still may hold 45 million according to 5% ownership list although it has Berkowitz LLC as the top owner and I thought Cramer was completely independent of Berkowitz now. Maybe just a name thing since the Cramer name doesn't actually appear in the ownership files. It's doing better than ever almost a 52 week high.

Oil Sands Stock Up 224% Ytd ?

This oil sands stock was mentioned in a teaser ad e-mailed to me by Brian Hicks . The company is making money , and has 100 million in annual sales. Earnings and revenues have been growing ..........74% for the first 9 months of 2007. Brian wants $79 for the name of the stock...fortunately www.stockgumshoe.com working from the clues given in the email found the name of the stock .......it is Petrobank Energy & Res Ltd ( PBEGF ) ...There ya have it .

I don't like the fact that it is a OTCBB stock that sells for $54.45 but its chart and fundamentals are indeed very good! Click on the links below .

EFGU Up Almost 9 % TODAY

Empire fim group is up almost 9 % today ....the Blonde and Blonder low budget fim will be coming to theaters on 1/18/08 with DVD sales to follow shortly. That is what EFGU does best .....make a quality low budget film with known stars , get movie revenues and then quickly into DVDs .
Moviefone on AOL has its average rating of 3 out of 5 stars . I gave it 5 stars .....why? What the hell ....I have shares in the company LOL
