8 For Friday 5/2/08

TGIF Wow The Options System seems to be firing on all cylinders, and If you bought my "MISTAKES" RZAEH MAY 2 640 CALLS EARLY 5/1 AM you would be sitting on a gain of over 176% had you bought my intended pick OEYEH MAY 17 640 CALLS you would have been up 64% ....not bad IF I SAY SO MYSELF!
If you are still holding the RZAEH SELL before the close today or you will buy the stock for your account. If you have the OEYEH Calls you can still hold for another day. Once again set a MARKET STOP to protect your profit.

I am evaluating and testing the system ......and the JURY is still out !

Futures are down slightly ....but one never knows what may transpire after the opening......nevertheless these picks should do well. According to Vector Vest their Market Timing Graph has given a BUY signal as of 4/3/08. The signal is usally good for several months. They claim they have NEVER missed a major market signal. Take it for what it is worth.

7. BIDU Continue to hold the MAY 360 Calls BPJEL
8. C Buy the MAY 25 Calls CEE . If it looks to be closing higher before the 4pm close SELL the position ; If closing lower HOLD
9. ACI Buy the MAY 55 Calls ACIEK . If it looks to be going higher before the 4PM close....SELL the position .

Futures appear to be headed lower .....so today will not be easy . You should have liquidated both BIDU And ACI Calls yesterday , with a handsome profit I might add, because they were trading up before the 4 PM close .

5. Do not add or buy the C MAY 25 Calls CEE ...If you are holding them and the day appears to be closing UP keep the position .......but if before 4PM it appears to be closing down SELL your position.
6. Do not add or buy the WMT MAY 57.5 Calls WMTEY If you are holding them and they are closing up keep the position......but if it appears to be trading lower liquidate the position.

The system is not perfect , and I find that best results are obtained ....when using stocks like V ,$OEX , GOOG, SOHU BIDU and AAPL I shall limit my System Chart analyisis to these 6 stocks.....The K.I.S.S principle seems to work best !

Futures appear to be headed lower so excercise care today . WMT May 57.5 Calls WMTEY closed lower and should have been sold .....unfortunately at a loss. C May 25 Calls CEE should be sold at the end of today .

5. GOOG MAY 580 Calls GOOED If GOOG Looks to be closing UP before 4PM sell the position .if GOOG looks to be clsoing lower .....hold the position
6. QCOM ( More Speculative) MAY 45 Calls AAOEI IF QCOM looks to be closing UP before 4PM Sell the position .....if closing lower hold the position for another day . The AAOEI could be quite volatile and each contract is only .56 or 56 dollars

GOOED should have a STOP Loss of 30-40%
AAOEI Should have 40% stop loss

Futures are trending up ......I feel that after such a market drop yesterday.....today we should see an advance.....these should put some coin into your portfolio.

GOOG MAY 580 Calls GOOED Had this yesterday kept a tight stop when it spiked up raised the stop and when it fell .....I stopped out and walked away with 33% Normally you can wait to the end of the day , but in this volatile market it is always best to "PROTECT" your profits. I picked up some more GOOED right before the close at 13.40 per contact....I am sure if GOOG rises the process will repeat ....MY "SYSTEM" gives this an all signals go for today .....get in early and make some coin ......and remember raise your stop to protect your profits.
8. QCOM MAY 45 Calls AAOEI If you bought yesterday just hold .....BUT TODAY IS A GIFT HORSE was selling for .56 yesteday and then closed at .23 .Get in this morning EARLY close to .23 and watch this one SUPER SPIKE !

Options are volatile .....in this market .....keep raising your stops

Wow these days never seem easy , and as I write this post the futures are down . Energy and oil seem to be the "SAFE" stocks in this market ...with one retail Aeropostale ....Young people seem to have an "addiction" to Aeropostale and Abercrombie .

7. GOOG MAY 580 Calls GOOEP I raised my stop as it climbed and ws stopped out with a 31% profit ....You can still hold but in these tricky markets it is best to take a profit and wait for next "Set Up"
8. QCOM MAY 45 Calls AAOEI performed like a superstar....I had tight stop and adjusted it as the stock climbed .....was stopped out with a 59% profit .
If you are still holding try to get out with a profit TODAY!
9. V MAY 85 CALLS VEQ Buy Early today and as it goes up RAISE your stop If it has not stopped out before day closes at 4 , and you are making a profit SELL!!!! If VEQ is down hold for another day . There are only 8 days left on this option so time is of the essence!

Futures are up slightly as I write this post ...these 5 should do well.

5. V If you are still holding the Visa May 85 Calls VEQ sell after a profit today . Buy the V JUNE 80 CALLS VFP .......this may be a 3 day hold at most if it closes UP the next 3 days .
Remember VISA is a credit card company,NOT a credit lender. It like Master card ONLY processes transactions and collects the fees. It is one hell of a cash cow. American Express, Bank Of America, Capital One ,JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Discover are all sitting on delinquent loans .
