The Original Money Gusher had 7 stocks deleted , and 2 NEW added for a total of 17. The markets may trend down until earnings begin to announce in October, but who really knows? Once again I set up a Hypothetical Portfolio(MONEY GUSHER 2 ) in AOL using the CLOSE prices on Friday 9/25/09. 50 K was divided equally among the 17 stocks. I will let the profolio run for 20 business days or until Friday 10/23/09. On the close of 10/23/09, I shall again post the profolio results. I shall also run the First MONEY GUSHER portfolio of 22 stocks ....and then compare the results!
Here is the MONEY GUSHER 2 PORTFOLIO

          Pgh ?

Just received a free e-mail from a "Mike Turner" who publishes Trade of the Week stock newsletter.
He is touting PGH a Canadian oil and Gas Trust with a nice 11.3% dividend paid MONTHLY , currently selling for $9.81 and according to Mike has a 56.3% profit potential ...Vector Vest rates it a buy saying that it is Undervalued and should be worth $11.05. If you do buy a limit of $9.60 should be used and a stop be placed at $8.12 with a target price of $15.

Who knows what the stock will do .....but the dividend is sweet.

That's a really sweet dividend. Even if the stock price stays at $10 for a year, the dividend income is still really sweet.

You have some really great info. I was wondering what your thoughts would be on NANO. It has also had a great run. The short seller are banging it up pretty good now. It's been given a target of $9.15 but doesn't look like it's going to get there anytime soon. i'm still well up but wondering if i should still fish or cut bait.

Hempnitize I have not done any research into NANO's fundamentals , but the chart looks ok. I use a 7EMA, 30EMA, 80EMA and it appears that NANO is bouncing off its 30 Day EMA and that appears to be a support level . It I were you, I would set a $5.75 stop and let it ride . Today's close was $6.13. Hopefully this will help you!

Nano has been good to me. I bought it at $2.72 back in July. Sold off at $4.25 in aug. it started taking off so i jumped back on at $5.10 and back off again at $7.62. i should have stopped there. I saw the upgrade on the target was moved up to $9.15 so i thought it was going to keep going. Got greedy and jumped on at $8.10. i was at least careful. i only bought 400 shares. the other times i was buying 1000 shares. It tanked. instead of jumping off i just kept buying more to offset my loses but as i've been reading from your other posts it a losing game. i'd buy 100 to 300 shares at a time all the way down to $6.00. today it started going up, which is good but as it goes up i'm going to lower my position. it's a volitile stock that can take your breath away and can also make you a ton.

** A newsletter has a system for trading stocks like JASO . Here is part of the promo they sent. I do not subscribe , nor am I promoting the newsletter but you can investigate it further if you wish.

The first time I traded JA Solar was last November. I most recently sold it this September. Here's how those trades worked out:

                          03/05/09 03/09/09 9.89%
                          04/07/09 05/06/09 36.56%
                          05/08/09 05/27/09 10.13%
                          05/19/09 05/20/09 15.24%
                          08/17/09 09/24/09 16.67

Two of those trades were held for one day or less.
So, how have I done it?
First, I use that system I told you about, called the "R-Track." It's a strategy that takes into consideration (among other things), a database of cleantech companies, SEC filings, future earnings estimates, and forecast market growth for the respective sector.
In this case, I looked at forward earnings projections for JASO, but also for its peer group comprised of other Chinese solar stocks.
Then, I figured out where the group of stocks should be trading based on something called a future earnings multiple.
I learned that JASO is forecast to earn ~$0.40 per share in 2010. I also learned that Chinese solar stocks are trading at anywhere from 10x to 15x their future earnings.
That gives us a pretty good expected trading range of $4.00 to $6.00.
All this using my "R-Track" system.
And look where the stock has traded during the time I've been trading it:

I simply put out a buy recommendation when the stock fell near or below $4.00. And I sold it whenever it offered a decent gain.
Of course, there a few other factors involved. Since it's an energy stock, I always have an eye on oil prices and legislation.
But once you've identified a solid range. . . there's no telling how many times you can trade a single stock for a gain. I'm back in JASO as you read this.
And I've done it with several other stocks. . .over and over again.

Have you ever try the Vector Vest subscription? I'm so tempted to try their 5weeks offer for $9.99 to see how it does.

I wish Vector Vest would take all those graphs and charts , and come up with their own picks .....THEN we would know how good they really are ....personally I dont think it is worth the 40 or so bucks per month after the trial period!
