    Ski,
All I know is that MO was up a few cents, .23? and it was 25 minutes after the market opened.

The day started off looking like a continuation of the downtrend but ends up considerablely to the upside. Peanuts comes back from the Pacific Rim and doesn't lose a beat. Is there some subtle symbolic undertone he is trying to convey to us or perhaps Louetta with the picture. Karel and QMAR pick up right where they left off last Friday and take the 2nd spot. Doug would have taken the top spot if not for procrastinating about the pick initially, backing off of it, and then taking an entry 2 1/2 hrs. later at a much higher price. Not to much to say about the rest of the field although the greenies outnumbered the reddies 9 to 7. Conspicously missing JAE16, DMK,Gatorman, and MIMO. The option of using a 7% stop is in effect this week. The only one to exercise the option on using the stop with their 1st pick was Spike. You can still exercise the option to use the stop with any of your remaining trades but it must be stated with the post at time of entry. Another thought that came to mind is that I have been including Ernie's latest trade as his pick but I have been starting him off each week with the initial entry price of $55.25 which is wrong. I should be starting him off with whatever the opening price is for that specific week. It does make a difference in his percentages. I'm going to go back and make the necessary changes in all fairness to Ernie. And the scorecard please:

Well Pete that's just to bad for you. You'll take what you get and like it. Just kidding Pete. And here I thought I made it thru a day without any mistakes. No problemo bud. I'll take care of it and make the adjustment.

Thanks Ski and Spike, geez I'm out of it getting MOS and MO confused. It's hell when you get older than Doug..... Just kidding. When I tell Mrs. Billyjoe she can't take a joke she says "I took you" .......no answer to that.

                      Way to go, Karel.

The only prob is that 26.48 is a few cents below my buy price, but after what happened I am not complaining!

The deal with EXM is .4048 EXM shares + $13 cash.
                          This equaled 26.48 at EXM's Monday closing price, but with a slight drop in EXM is currently (.4048 * 31.65) + 13 = $25.81

But QMAR is trading at around $21.60.

So, why the still significant discount?
Why is this anything other than a virtually guaranteed 19% return?
Why should I not buy a boatload (pardon the pun) of QMAR at 21.60?

Sorry was busy with biochemistry yesterday, and I completly forgot to post my pick...

I will go with MBI long... see what happens... using live quotes I have it at exactly 16.23 right now...

I would also like to set a 7% stop loss if it hits that point... Also, if it hits the 7% stop loss may I turn around and go short on the stock?

If that is not allowed then I will just keep the 7% stop loss anyway!

                            Thanks ski...
